Villa Marinotti is half an hour's drive from Cortina d'Ampezzo, precisely between Cortina and Sappada. 
 50 m away passes one of the most beautiful cycle paths of Italy!We also have a small playground!
From the balconies of Villa Marinotti, panoramic view of Tai di Cadore, Pieve di Cadore and the Dolomites surrounding us!Villa Marinotti has its large garden of two wooden chalets and a hut. The hut consists of double bed, bathroom and kitchenette. The heating is autonomous.
Lake Central Cadore located a minute away from Villa Marinotti!In the Villa are available suites composed of multiple rooms with bathroom.
