Breakfast is a two course meal starting with fresh baked scones or muffins, preserves, good coffee or hot tea, and fresh fruit. One option is ricotta lemon pancakes with blueberries and bacon. Other options may include sausage, or crisp waffles with lavender syrup, lemon zest, fresh strawberries and Creme fraiche. Rosemary eggs are often served. Everything is home made, and herbs from the garden are often used.
