Enjoy a Gourmet Breakfast each morning in our cozy dining room. Early American craftsmanship can be seen throughout the Inn including hand-hewn timbers and original wide pine plank floors.
Butternut Farm – This second floor room beckons you to snuggle down for a long winter’s nap. The room captures all the colors of  fall in Vermont. Rich tones of rust, sage, cinnamon and gold are found throughout. An antique dresser and mahogany farmhouse bed fill the room with warmth.The queen size bed is coupled with a marshmallow soft featherbed and down comforter. The room features a warm amaretto colored carpet, antique floral drapes, fireplace and private heated bathroom.Liberty Meadow – This first floor room recalls the home’s colonial heritage, and pays tribute to Ethan Allen and the Green Mountain Boys. The room features a red, white & blue color palate with rich red & white country toile drapes.  The metal stars that adorn the walls complete the patriotic summertime feel. Liberty Meadow features a queen size iron bed coupled with a luxurious featherbed and down comforter.  Room amenities include original wide pine plank floors, hand tufted wool rug, fireplace & private bathroom. All guests enjoy include full gourmet breakfast, all day coffee, tea, hot cider & cocoa service. Afternoon snack and evening cocktail from our honor bar & bedtime dessert.
Maplewood Corner – This first floor room is warm and inviting. It features soft antique walls with warm paisley drapes and a hand tufted wool rug in rich tones of cream and sage. A filigreed queen size wood bed fitted with a thick featherbed, down comforter & silk pillows all make for a wonderful nights rest. The room is shaded by a maple tree on the corner where you can stop and enjoy the sound of leaves rustling in the wind.  Room amenities include original wide pine plank floors, corner fireplace and private bathroom. All guests enjoy a full gourmet breakfast, all day coffee, tea, hot cider & cocoa service. Afternoon snack and evening cocktail from our honor bar & bedtime dessert.Blueberry Hill - This second floor room is filled with country charm, from the white queen size cottage style bed to the floral drapes. The room is soft and bright, highlighted in hues of blue, white, green, yellow & pink. Blueberry Hill features a carpet of blues & whites along with a white fireplace and a private heated bathroom. This second floor room features an overstuffed featherbed and down comforter and is a favorite among brides for its views over the back gardens.
Quiet moments, for those looking to slow down and escape the daily grind. Relax on our two acres of grounds and gardens. Read a book on the back porch while sipping a lemonade, walk down to the local swimming hole. Enjoy a game of croquette or horse shoes on the back lawn. Take in the wild life that visit’s often, wild turkeys, deer and an incredible array of birds; even a moose from time to time and in the spring & summer months, cows to greet you in the meadow. Each morning awake to the call of roosters from the neighboring farm, where your breakfast eggs come from.Toad Hollow - This second floor room offers guests a glimpse of Vermont wildlife. It is a favorite vantage point to watch the fireflies dance in the night sky and be lulled to sleep by the songs of the toads & crickets from the trees and thickets that surround the property. The queen size antique brass bed is coupled with a featherbed and down comforter to keep you toasty on a cool Vermont evening. This room is rich with the colors of the forest. Greens, browns and golds are found throughout the bedding and drapes. Toad Hollow features an oak dresser & fireplace. Rich terry cloth robes are provided for your use to reach the private bathroom located directly across the hall. This bathroom is the largest in the Belding House and features a sitting area and views over the 1840's post & beam barn.
