Entryway and Sunroom:
When you arrive at the front door of the Overlook Park B&B, you will be greeted in the elegant foyer with a formal stairway leading to the main living room upstairs. Located adjacent to the stairway, is a bright sunroom where you can relax and enjoy the lake & mountain views.
The Overlook Park B&B location offers close proximity to all activities throughout the year: Spring - Maple sugaring, hiking, horseback riding. Summer- Theatre, festivals, lake excursions, sailing, fishing, hot air ballooning, outdoor concerts. Autumn - Apple picking, foliage tour, antique and festival craft shows. Winter - Skiing and snow shoeing. We have two 40-foot long living rooms (one on each floor). Living room is decorated with art, paintings and antiques from around the world. Through the atrium door to the front deck, you can overlook the entire Lake Champlain and Adirondack mountains with a view of the rock gardens and flowers in the front yard.
