Swann House sits majestically in the heart of historic Dupont Circle. Our tree-lined streets and avenues lead you to fantastic neighborhood cafes and restaurants, quaint shops and dozens of art galleries.Our Regent Room welcomes you with an ornately carved King bed, wood buring fireplace and whirlpool bath.  This grand room features large windows and a private deckmaking it perfect for all seasons.
Richardson Room - Spacious and grand with several windows, king size bed and a marble bathroom complete with whirlpool tub.Jennifer Green - Designed by the lady of the house as her dressing room, Jennifer Green is our most popular room. A fireplace in winter and a large private deck in summer; this sunny queen room beckons you to unwind in any season.
Breakfast Buffet - A bountiful display of fresh fruit, homemade baked goods (including our own granola), yogurt, breads for toasting and rich Columbian coffee greet you every morning.  Enjoy a gourmet hot entree on weekends including French Toast, Vegetable Frittata or Baked Eggs Benedict.Swimming Pool- Cool off after a day of sightseeing.
Front Porch - The perfect place for people watching, our large arched porch is the signature feature of our Richardson Romanesque home. It's also an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast or afternoon sherry.Wedding reception - Named one of the country's most romantic inns, we open our home for small weddings, receptions and special occasions creating a truly memorable experience.
Mary Rose - Our charming second floor room features a decorative fireplace, an original pedestal sink and beautiful plaster crown molding.
