A gracious combination of History and Hospitality awaits you in the Mansion House Dining Room in the Historic Fairfield Inn. This authentic firelace with bake oven dates to 1757.The Patrick Henry Guest Room, named for the statesman famous for his quote "...give me liberty, or give me death". Patrick Henry was an early visitor to The Fairfield Inn as his aunt, Isabella Henry Miller was the owner's wife.
General J.E.B. Stuart visited The Fairfield Inn in 1862, during a daring raid of the valley. He returned in 1863, this time with General Robert E. Lee, during the Confederate Retreat from the Battle of Gettysburg.The main parlour of The Fairfield Inn serves as a common area for guests to relax, meet other guests or access the Internet from a complimentary computer station (wifi available throughout the Inn).
The Mansion House Dining Room is one of five dining areas at The Fairfield Inn. Dining room capacities range from 16 to 60 each, accommodating family reunions, wedding rehearsal dinners, intimate wedding receptions, our famous dinner theatre presentation or your next special event.The Tavern Dining Room is one of five dining areas at The Fairfield Inn. All set up for a wedding reception.She is a direct descendant of Henry Miller, founder of the Miller's Tavern, precursor of the Historic Fairfield Inn. The fireplace behind us was built by Henry Miller in 1757.
