Upscale, modern, eat in Euro-style kitchen with all new imported stainless steel appliances; Gaggenau ceramic cooktop & sleek pull-out ventilation hood, combination convection/steam oven, Fisher-Paykel dishdrawer dishwasher and full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, and combination washer/dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, dishware, utencils and cookware. Gourmet continental-style breakfast is served in the eat-in kitchen. Enjoy your breakfast in your pajamas in total privacy and comfort. Table pulls out to seat up to four guests. The full kitchen provides a convenient and economical option if you prefer not to dine out later in the day.
Our Victorian-inspired marble bathroom features clawfoot tub/shower, vintage Thomas Maddock pedestal sink, Robern fog-free heated mirror with pull-out make-up/shaving mirror and hair dryer. Recently restored hand carved handrail leads to guest apartment suite on entirely private third floor - enjoy a panoramic view of historic Union Square Park below. In restoring the c. 1886 Richardson House original architectural details were preserved, restored or when necessary matched with authentic architectural salvage pieces. This porcelain doorknob and copper-plated door set graces the entrance door to the guest suite apartment.
