Entering Arcady Vineyard B&B one can look through the octagon to the outside deck. To your left is the libary, to your right the living room. This is all common space for guests to enjoy during their stay.The library at Arcady Vineyard B&B contains books, large TV with satellite channels, movies you can watch in your room, and information on the area including a book of menus from favorite restaurants.
The living room at Arcady Vineyard B&B is actually family furniture and antiques that have been handed down over several generations.The octogon entry at Arcady Vineyard B&B is a nod to our neighbor, Monticello. Just 2.5 miles down the road, Jefferson used the octagon shape while designing his famous home.
Passing through the octagon entry into the dining room which looks over the vineyard. We set up our tables for two, and use ingredients from local farms and vendors for our breakfasts.Located outside the dining room is our back deck. The vineyard view is popular for breakfast during warmer weather or at our cheese and wine service at check-in time. It's also a great spot for star-gazing at night.
Our deer family visit on a daily basis while we're out on the deck wine tasting or eating breakfast in the morning.With a private entrance to the outside and another into the tasting room, the romantic deGruchy junior suite at Arcady Vineyard B&B comes with private bath and living room nook. All rooms also have a wine fridge stocked with sparkling wine, soda and waters.
Passing through the dining room into the tasting room, where guests can find extra wine and water glasses, popcorn for movie watching, cookies and candy for snacks. The port and chocolate turndown is placed here for guests to enjoy in their rooms in the evening.Arcady Vineyard is the only B&B/hotel in Charlottesville, Virginia to offer vinotherapy amenities: Sauvignon Blanc shampoo, and Chardonnay cream rinse, created by Theravine, from the vineyards of South Africa.
All rooms at Arcady Vineyard Bed and Breakfast have private baths. Baths come with spa showers, heated floor and towel racks, closet with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vinotherapy hair products, robes and slippers.Besides your wine and cheese at check in, all rooms at Arcady Vineyard B&B come with a bottle of sparkling wine in the room's wine fridge as well as bottled water and sodas.
Our Arcand Junior Suite at Arcady Vineyard B&B is over 400 square feet, with a nook with whirlpool tub, private bath, and remote controlled fireplace. All rooms come with a bottle of sparkling wine in your wine fridge.Arcady Vineyard B&B prides itself in following green practices of operation and buying "local" as much as possible.
