Enjoy a delicious gourmet breakfast on our bright and cheerful sun porch. Accompanied by locally brewed coffee in one of our signature mugs that you can purchase as a souvenir.201 Allen a luxurious king size bedroom with period furnishings and a bathroom with a full tub with shower.  Relax and read a book in one of the beautiful new wing back chairs. The rich and vibrant décor adds warmth to this second floor room.
204 Fisher cozy, bright, and cheery queen size bedroom with private wainscoted bathroom that is original to the house.  A comfortable oversized chair and a half that rests in the corner and the room’s location on the second floor, in the back of the house make the Fisher Room a guest favorite. The Galloway room on the first floor of the Carriage House welcomes guests with a casual summer cottage ambiance. The recently update maple woods floors and beautiful new woven rug along with three sunny windows and a white iron queen bed complete the homey yet airy feel of the room.
101 Reed room a King size bedroom on the first floor of the inn with a beautiful mantel, two inviting wing chairs and a lovely period Beaconsfield armoire add to the comfort and elegance of fully accessible room. Depending on your need the king bed can be converted to two twin size beds.301 Tuttle Room, on the third floor - has quaint slanted ceilings with an east-facing dormer window. A Queen bed is nestled under the angle of the roof, and a day-bed provides space for lounging or an additional guest. A sink installed in an antique dresser is located just outside the adjoining, private bathroom with shower.
302 Van Ness the best views of Lake Champlain from the house are found from this third floor room. The Queen bed, dresser and small commode are original Eastlake period pieces. The sitting area in the turret bay window provides excellent views of lake sunsets. 203 Hayward appointed with a Queen pencil post bed with canopy and matching antique burled oak armoire and dresser, this second floor room combines romance and comfort.  Take time to unwind in the beautiful new over stuffed chaise lounge chair.
