The parlor is graced by many antiques and a handmade oriental carpet.  Complimentary cold beverages and liqueurs are offered for your enjoyment.  A romantic coal basket gas fire can be found in the fireplace in season. A cable TV/VCR/DVD enables viewing of sports events and other cable offerings.The Blithewold room is elegant with its new bedding and antique victorian decor.  Handmade oriental carpets warm your feet.
The Middleburg room is cozy with its wall to wall carpets and handmade oriental rugs as accent pieces.  The room is equestrian in decor.  A bath is part of the ensuite.  Come Visit Us
Back GardensThe Nautical Room has a full size tub with whirlpool jets and shower.  The room has a Nautical theme.
The Garden Room is quiet and secluded from the rest of the house, overlooking the back gardens.  It has a large bathroom and shower.The Sturbridge Room is Victorian in style.
The inn is located on a quiet street, but only one block from the center.  Walking distance to shops, best restaurants, and the harbor. The inn was constructed in 1808 by a sea captain and ships owner. The history of the house has recently been researched by the historical society and has been found to be authentic in its origin.
