Erless and Rosie were wonderful hosts, the rooms were cozy and clean, breakfast was delicious. Rosie gave us a lot of good advises. Wonderful lookout and garden. We will come again!

Rosie and Erless gave us a warm welcome, we really felt at home. The breakfast was excellent and Rosie informed us a lot about places to see, about recipies and about the flowers in her beautiful garden

We spent three (3) delightful evenings with Rosie and Erless. The views from their living room, dining room and gardens were spectacular! Each morning Rosie cooked a delicious breakfast and we especially enjoyed her raspberry and blueberry pancakes which were made with her homegrown berries. Rosie's attention to details made our stay comfortable, informative and relaxing. I would highly recommend this B&B. Our stay was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation. This was our 2nd B&B we had stayed in ever and the 2nd one in Alaska. We were very pleased with both, but Rosy Outlook B&B had the most beautiful view and such pleasant hostess and host. Rosy was so gracious and cooked the most wonderful breakfast for us before we continued on our journey. We so enjoyed visiting with Rosy and Erless. And we did see their mother moose and her 2 babies when we left which was a thrill for us. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in Homer!! J&L Cheney, Colorado

The B&B was terrific and our stay was memorable! These folks are very down to earth, friendly and very helpful, (which exceeded my expectations). They were so willing to help us experience the best of what we wanted to accomplish in Homer and willing to go out of their way to see that we were taken care of. The Fireweed Room features a comfy queen bed with premium mattress,memory foam topper and luxurious linens guarenteed to give you a restful night sleep. The room also has a small desk and chair with an area to hang clothing.The Pine Cone Room features two extra long twin beds. Each has a deluxe mattress and memory foam topper for added comfort. The room also has a custom made pine bench and shelf unit for hanging clothes. It also has a private entrance.
Enjoy a full home cooked breakfast in our dining room as you watch the sun rise over Kachemak Bay and the Grewink Glacier. Our breakfasts specialize in locally grown products such as birch syrup, reindeer sausage, blueberry and raspberry pancakes and waffles as well as rhubarb muffins.This is the view looking out the windows from our comman livingroom area. Three large floor to ceiling windows bring in awesome views of Kachemak Bay, the Homer Spit,several glaciers andthe Kenai Mountain Range. Countless flower varieties fill the surrounding yard and gardens.
Relax on one of our spacious decks. Enjoy spectacular views of Kachemak Bay, several glaciers in the Kenai Mountain Range,and the Homer Spit. Stroll the beautiful flower filled paths and really enjoy all the beauty Alaska has to offer. Enjoy magnificent vista's at every turn here at A Rosy Outlook B&B. Black bears are sometimes seen at A Rosy Outlook B&B. This photo was taken last July in our driveway. Many Eagles soar above A Rosy Outlook B&B where the play in the updrafts created by the hill we live on.
We have lived at this location for 20 years. Every year Momma moose has babies on our property and brings her young for us to enjoy nearly every day. These twins were born in May 2008.One day last year we saw triplets.
