We stayed in the Leonardo room. The location is brillian, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet at night, and clean. However, we found this a slightly odd experience. The roving concierge who met us was very welcoming and helpful,... read more

We regret that our guests' request for coffee was not met... someone on our staff dropped the ball... we are always happy to fulfill such requests and fulfill them timely. As far as filling of the forms is concerned, we do have to arrange for our roving concierge or substitute to be present by appointment and help the guests pick up their luggage from our communal hallway; the minimum paperwork is necessary as we feel responsible to insure security of the luggage especially that every piece left in the hallway is accounted for.
