Pat is a delight. The breakfast yummy. The perfect place to go and unplug. The home and property was lush, blissfully peaceful and the daily hectic pace slowed down many notches. I left feeling renewed.

This is a new house. I fell in love with the accommodations pictured on the Internet and the room turned out to be even larger! The balcony was larger than it first appeared as well (stayed 5 nights and only had time to step out on the balcony right before I left). Green was very calming and appeared throughout the house. The bed is huge and the pillows are the best in the world. It was wonderful to have a small fridge and microwave (The kitchenette was semi-stocked – very thoughtful.) it saved money when I was on a budget for time and money. Very clean. The shower was roomy and delightful! Actually I was the first occupant and the B&B was not quite ready for business yet, I believe. The location is off the beaten track and very quiet. As a matter of fact, one morning we saw 4 deer in the front yard! The driveway, parking area, and front path are gravel. Breakfast scones were made fresh. With tea and honey available. We had eggs to order one day. Breakfast was on the enormous side porch, glassed-in in winter and screened-in in good weather. I get up before sunrise but for those of you late risers, hopefully there will be curtains on the windows to allow you to sleep later than sunrise. This was my first stay in a B&B and I would like to return. The innkeeper was very accommodating and conversational. She tried very hard to satisfy (but it doesn’t take much for me!).
