B&B da Viviana is a delightful 2 storey cottage, ideal for couples, families or a group of friends, and offers a family atmosphere with Italian hospitality.
The rooms are bright, comfortable and quiet with high quality beds. All the bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower.

- a kitchen where all our Guests are free to use for making tea, milk, coffee, self-service Free of Charge!!
- a terrace with panoramic breathtaking view of Pietra di Bismantova and the Apennines mountains and where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea;
- a small garden where you can relax or sunbathe;
- an adjacent space for private parking next to the property;

- For eating out in the evening, we are lucky to have a wide variety of excellent restaurants in the local vicinity. We can of course advise you. With some of them we have made special agreements. - We give you a set of keys so that you may come and go as you please. - The property owner lives next door, she speaks excellent English and has a wide local knowledge.
