What a great experience. Joyce and I were warmly welcomed for our one night stay by both Ray and Debbie and promptly shown our room. We took the large room with the king bed and were very pleased. The bed was very comfortable and the newly finished bath was fantastic. Joyce really enjoyed the great soaker tub! After a very good nights sleep we had the breakfast to die for. Debbie had a banana and granola over fresh yogut waiting for us. Then she brought out scramble eggs with onion prepared in brown butter with great turkey bacon. Then she sherved us a cranberry french toast dish that was out of this world. Coffee, several types of tea and orange juice accompied the meal. While Debbie was cooking our breakfast I commented that I halfway expected to look around the corner into the kitchen and see my great grandmother in front of the stove. Riding my bike down the Willamette Vallley Trail from Champoeg Park to Eugene, I took an overnight break at the Pfeiffer Cottage Inn. Wanted a nice place with a good breakfrast rather than a motel with a fast food joint next door. The Inn was warm and pleasant, bed very comfortable, breakfast delicious, Debbie most hospitable. They even helped me fix a problem with my bike. BTW, had a great , modestly priced Italian dinner nearby at Clemenza's

Our stay at The Pheiffer Cotage Inn was by far our best experience at a B&B. Ray and Debbie were so warm and friendly that we felt more like family. The house is amazing and right downtown and Debbie makes a great breakfast. While we were there we went to the concert in the park and Debbie made a picnic for us to take and there were other surprises during our stay that made us feel so special. When we got home we missed sitting outside on the porch swing visiting with our new friends. We will definitely be staying with them again. Thanks Ray and Debbie for making our stay amazing.

This is by far the finest B&B I have ever stayed in. The Pfeiffer Cottage Inn is definetly the cleanest, most welcoming, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. If you ever have the opportunity to travel through Albany, this is the one place to stay. The history and friendliness of the home and it's owners are by far the most interesting. In so many ways, this establishment exceeds any other I've stayed in both in the US and Europe. From the fresh berry pie offered when we walked in the door, wine on the porch, comfy beds, and spotless accommodations, Debbie and Ray go all out to pamper their guests.

Such delicious meals featuring local, organic whenever possible. The afternoon treats and evening wine were delightful. Our hosts were especially helpful and welcoming. It was so nice and quiet, yet fun to visit with our fellow travellers. Charmingly decorated and spotlessly clean rooms. We highly recommend this inn.

This B&B was the nicest one we stayed at on our trip from LA to Ketchikan, AK. The hosts were extremely inviting and caring and their house is wonderfully decorated and spacious. Breakfast was great! I would recommend this B&B to anyone staying outside of Salem or Eugene, OR.
