Don't let the weathered exterior, sway your opinion of this B&B. The room we stayed in is large, clean, and well appointed. Bob, the host, is very accommodating, and prepared a great breakfast. We plan to return here the next time we are in the area.

The inn is an inexpensive, good option for staying on the central coast in between Newport and Florence. The rooms are clean, the owners are nice, and it's a short walk to the beach.

We had a great time staying here. The room was very nice, and the breakfast's were outstanding. If you get a chance to try the crab omelets, make sure you do.

I enjoyed how close this B&B is to the ocean and small towns in the area centrally located. It was quiet host were available and friendly if you had questions. Rooms were comfortable and well set up . All in all i enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

This lovely lady was here to get some respite from the very emotionally draining work she does. We were so pleased to have her as a guest and were surprised at the less than perfect review as she did not indicate there were any concerns. All of her requests were quickly addressed and had she expressed the need for anything else we would have gladly accomdated her. Perhaps our farm-like environment was not her cup of tea, but we enjoyed her company and would welcome her again- with more questions of her exact desires, to be sure. Ah, well...

Wow! What a great stay my wife and I had. Bob and Priscilla are so hospitable and accomodating! Delicious food, a cozy and quiet room, a relaxing jacuzzi... an excellent value across the board. We will tell our friends and family about Pheasant Meadow B&B, and we look forward to staying there again!

Bob and Priscilla have made this a new home away from home for me! They were so sweet and thoughtful. The room was beautiful and the atmosphere on their property made my very short vacation very relaxing. Priscilla is a great cook! We cannot wait to go back!
