This was our first stop on our Blue Ridge trip and from the soothing music and smell of home-baked cookies as we entered, the gorgeous pottery everywhere, the cleanliness and beauty that surrounded us--you could never ask for more!

My husband and I wanted a secluded an peaceful location to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We found the Blue Ridge Mountain Inn and immediately fell in love with it. Our first stay was so exceptional that we have decided to make this a yearly tradition. We are going to try staying in a different room on each trip. The location and the views are awesome. It was very romantic. We also enjoyed hiking. There are several trails to choose from that are just a short drive away. We loved this bed and breakfast, and we will definitely be back again and again.

The inn is nestled into the side of a mountain. The rooms are very clean, neat, quiet, tranquil, and peaceful. This is the perfect weekend getaway location to relax and unwind. The breakfast served was scrumptious and offered bottom less coffee. We look forward to our next visit..

One of the nicest places in the northern Charlottesville area. My wife and I have been going to the Inn for 3 years now ( several times a year). The Inn is a small haven in a crazy world. The key to the Inn in a word is Service! Heather and Melinda go out of their way to make you feel at ease without getting in the way. Oh, did I mention the scones and baked apples....great! T&L

Five delightful days. Beautiful scenery and fantastic accommodations, and innkeepers who could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We are planning to return for a Christmas vacation! Highly recommend.

Blue Ridge Mountain Inn (BRMI) is nestled in a hillside. Heather Tusing leads a caring and focused staff that makes sure that every detail of your visit is perfect. We celebrated our 5th anniversary there and loved the attention to that fact. We would stay here again and again.

The large en-suite bathroom includes a two person Jacuzzi tub and separate 2 person shower, and double vanity. In the morning, you'll find it hard to leave the king size feather bed! This space is ideal for those looking for a romantic weekend getaway or celebrating a special birthday or anniversary.The Blue Ridge room is a cozy restful space decorated in soothing blues and greens. It faces out toward the East side of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Featuring a king size pillow top bed and down comforter, you'll find the rest and relaxation you've been looking for. The en-suite bathroom features a stand up shower and skylight. 
The Hightop room features a stunning view of Hightop mountain from its charming dormer window. This room is decorated in pale blue with rose accents and features a gorgeous tapestry. You'll melt into the king size pillow top bed and down comforter. A cozy chair invites you to pick up that good book you've been meaning to finish . The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. The Shenandoah room exudes a calming atmosphere, decorated in mellow shades of creme and beige. You'll float to sleep on our king sized bed with a sumptuous feather mattress and down comforter. (Non allergenic bedding is available to our guests with allergies to feathers or down) As you lie in bed, gaze at the stars through your bedroom skylight. The en-suite bathroom features a stand up shower. This cozy space looks out onto the Shenandoah side of the mountains and has wooded views of our gardens. 
The Swift Run room finds its name from the Swift run creek which winds its way thru the valley in front of the Inn. This lovely, spacious room is decorated in pale lavender and features a King size bed. Tiffany lamps provide a warm glow as you rest and relax. The large en-suite bathroom features a stand up shower. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains from the dormer window! Start your morning off with a delicious breakfast and stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. No matter what time of year you visit, our Sunny Breakfast Room is also a cozy place to sit, enjoy the scenery, and catch up on your reading.
Couples find our Great Room a great place to snuggle by the Fire in the evening with a glass of fine Virginia wine. It is also a great place to mingle with our other guests or members of your traveling party.
