The Bed and Bike Inn

Not just an inn, we are a destination for those seeking relaxation or adventure. On 11 acres, we have a log home, a new modular home, and a cabin with a deluxe Jacuzzi tub in it which makes a great place for a romantic getaway. We determine the cost of the homes by the number of people staying there. With your privacy in mind, your hosts live in a separate dwelling on site. We also have 2 yurts - one for workshops or events - and the other for massage. There is a meditation labyrinth on site, as well as hiking trails. Nearby Morrow Mountain State Park is a great place for hiking, or boating. With five wineries nearby, great cycling roads and routes, antique shops, and historic sites, there is something for everyone.

We loved the last couple days/nights at Bed and Bike Inn and our touring of the Uwharrie area. Ellen and Tim worked in conjunction with God's Country Outfitters to get us kayak rentals and told us all the best spots to go.

Tim and Ellen are the most delightful hosts! They took the time to show us around the Uwharrie region, gave us specific routes for biking (which were fantastic!)and even lit a fire around their own private 'Stonehedge.' We'll return...loved it!

The living room in the Log Home is a very comfortable room to hang out in.One of the many bicycle planters at the Inn.
A rustic 12'x12' cabin is perfect for those wanting to rough it.Romantic Getaway loft in the little cabin which now has a deluxe Jacuzzi tub in the new bathroom downstairs. See photo.
New bathroom addition on the cabin with deluxe Jacuzzi tub.The Grove House is a modern home with 3 bedrooms and two baths adjacent to the meditation labyrinth.
The Master Bedroom in the Grove House has a private bath.A group of cyclists who come yearly for the Gold Hill Memorial Day weekend bicycle ride.
