We are closed from Dec 26, 2009 to May 1,2010. See you next year!

Our lovely 1845 townhouse is the only B&B in town that overlooks the river. We are located a short walk from the historic downtown, filled with restaurants, galleries and entertainment and 3 miles from the ocean and a national bird sanctuary. The two guest rooms with a shared bath are decorated with African and European art. Both have queen beds, cable TV and air conditioners. A generous breakfast is served. Parking is behind the house. A kayak and boat launch is 300 yards away.

We really enjoyed our visit at 167 Water. Chuck and Anne are lovely hosts and their place has an ideal location--walking distance from downtown and easily accessible to Plum Island. Highly recommended.

My fiance and I took a mini-break to Newbury port and stayed at this inn. It was beyond beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and the owners were very nice. We'll definitely come again.

Noy only was this a great B&B with a great location near town, but the house is filled with wonerful art from around the world - especially textiles. The hosts were very helpful and the breakfast was filling. A great place in a beautiful town.
