The Morris Harvey House

Welcome to the Historic Morris Harvey House Bed & Breakfast. Relax in the heart of the Fayetteville Historic District and take a "Step Back in Time" with a gentle blend of antique charm and elegance thoughout this beautiful house. Built in 1902, this house has been completely restored and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Homes.

Relax and enjoy this three-story Victorian home which has been completely renovated with loving care, featuring elegantly furnished rooms, oriental rugs and soft colors. Each room is special. We have six guest rooms, many with fireplaces and their own private baths. This home was the first house in the area to boast indoor plumbing with it's unique and elaborate rain gathering system: a 800 gallon copper tank on the second floor. But today you will enjoy the renovated bathrooms complete with antique brass footed tubs and turn of the century "water closets".

The rooms were ok, Innskeeper was friendly, very clean though...nothing over the top - not your ace of spades for the romanics button, but could be a nice place if you are planning a river run!
