Visited La Belle Epoque last weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was our first visit to a bed and breakfast and it will be hard to top this experience anywhere else. Expect phenomenal service and delicious food when you come! Every breakfast was outstanding and they were extremely accommodating of my gluten-free diet. We really enjoyed the free evening wine tasting and getting to know Roxanne and Derek. We stayed in the Gamay room and although I am extremely picky about beds we found ours to be very comfortable. As an added bonus, they have an extensive DVD library and several books to enjoy in your downtime. Our only regret is having so many reservations at restaurants and wineries that we did not get to spend much time at the b&b. We highly recommend La Belle Epoque for your trip to Napa!

My brief one day stay at La Belle Epoque is without a doubt one of the most fabulous 24 hours I have ever spent! It takes more than one day just to appreciate the gorgeous Victorian architecture and beautifully appointed rooms filled with antiques. My room was so comfortable, spacious, and included a spa bath with all the amenities. Our Innkeepers were so gracious and charming, it was just like they were our best friends. They provided us with everything we needed to make our stay memorable, including a private wine tasting with incredible home made appetizers during social hour in their wine cellar, and arranging for a private tour at an exclusive vineyard. After fixing us a delectable breakfast and providing us with some of Roxann's award winning jams and pickles, we were sad to leave so soon. Starting from the manicured grounds and several inviting garden/sitting areas this is the perfect place to enjoy reading, sunning, drinking coffee, reading the morning paper, and of course, sampling wine in the evenings, and poured by local vintors. The comfortable and restful environment is clean, tastefully decorated with special surprises in every room. The food and service was outstanding and prepared by wonderfully trained chefs. The warmth and intelligence of the enthusiatic owners, Roxann and Derek, made everyone feel special and at home in the Napa Valley. They are well connected within the entire Valley and provide excellent suggestions for the best wine tours/tastings, outdoor activities, shopping, olive oil tasting, and more! I spent two relaxing days and left completely renewed from their gracious hospitality! Busy or resting travelers will appreciate the central location.

We just came back from a three night stay in the Elisabeth room. (March 09) We have stayed at other B&B's in Napa and this was by far the best. The breakfast was supurb and we loved the nightly wine tasting.

My wife and I stayed here for our 2007 Anniversary (December) and the place was lovely. Stayed in Elizabeth's Suite which was fabulous. Hot coffee delivered to our door in the morning, and a fantastic breakfast served in our room. We were pampered the entire stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for a romantic getaway!

My husband and I have stayed in many B&Bs in California, New Jersey, Hawaii, and Connecticut. La Belle is our favorite. We love the beautiful rooms and furnishings, her friendly, knowledgeable owners and staff, and the intimate, fun, cellar wine tastings. Within strolling distance of Napa's restaurants, shops and entertainment, La Belle is the perfect B&B.
