Casa Palermitano
Casa Palermitano is located in Palermo, this neighborhood has recently become, one of the most important centers of argentine design, fashion and gastronomy. We can find the latest trends, an important variety of restaurants where you can taste different types of food and beautiful bars installed in old houses redesigned giving them a unique style.
Palermo has kept its original architecture despite developments and renovations, keeping the traditional way of life which allows our guests to feel the Argentine culture.
The owners live on location, so we can offer a really personalized service to our guests.
We propose to our guests a delicious breakfast which has been improved since we started our activity, taking into account the different tastes of our guests. We offer eggs cooked to order and we take into consideration the special needs of our guests at no additional charge.
The house is very close to three important avenues Córdoba, Santa Fé and Corrientes, giving our guests an easy access to the main points of the city. There are several stop buses close to the house, the farthest three blocks away. There are also, two subway stations close to the house, not more than ten minutes walking.
Our house was built in 1898, it was redesigned in 2006 keeping its original structure called “chorizo” in Argentina. The original ceilings of all the rooms and lounges have not been modified. We have also kept the original vaults made of brick in the dinning room.
There are two lounges where our guests can rest, meet each other and share their trip experiences and there is also a patio with a barbecue.
We speak Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
