We were at Tesorito only a couple of days in February 2009, but we should have planned for more, because when we wanted to return a week later, there were no vacancy. This place is ideal if you like architectural details and a lot of charm, say a typical appartment in the Buenos Aires of the 1930's, with high ceilings, wood trims, old fashionned bathroom, all that tastefully decorated with antiques and a touch of orange and fushia colour. This place was everything we had expected. Add to that a super nice couple, Fernanda and Ahmed, who will bend backward to make your stay even more memorable. It was for us. I almost forgot to mention the cleanliness of the place and the gargantuesque breakfast prepared for us with love by our new-found friends, and the picture will be complete. Everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. I especially loved the courtyard. We went to Buenos Aries to purchase a Maltese puppy and the host welcomed her with open arms. That just does not happen at B&B, this place was exceptional! Look forward to coming back and will recommend to all our friends.

Top ratings all round for our stay of 4 nights at end Feb 2009. The hosts were friendly and helpful at just the right level, our room clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet (for BA!), great breakfast and exclusive use of outside patio and lounge should we have needed it. Location was fantastic for all of our day and nightime excursions. It is always good to report an establishment that as a gay couple mades us feel particularly welcome and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tesorito Bed and Breakfast! The facility was superb and the inkeepers could not have been more supportive and hospitable, from wonderful personalized breakfasts, to help with restaurant and tourist site information and taxi services. Highly recommended!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The host were always available for any questions or requests and gave us ample information on how to enjoy our stay in BA. Breakfast is served at the time of your choosing and very copious. The bed was very comfortable and we had the use of the living room and patio/garden. The TV has Spanish, English and French channel and the WIFI works great. The location is perfect if you want to move around: Taxi drive in front of the place all the time, Bus-stop and Metro are just around the corner. Banks, Restaurants and Great shopping within 2 blocks If you would like to experience Argentines life, we would strongly recommend this Bed and Breakfast. The quality of service and friendliness of the couple that own and run Tesorito, Ahmed and his lovely girlfriend Fernanda, really impressed me. If you enjoy that personal touch and would like to experience a glimpse of how Argentines live their lives day to day I strongly recommend this Bed and Breakfast. The location relative to city modes of transportation is perfect since the Line D of the Subway is only a couple of blocks away on Puyrredon,taxis are constantly transitting on Ecuador Street right in front of the building where Tesorito is located, and the bus stop is not far at all. We stayed here for a few nights and it was a great idea! Fernanda and Ahmed were extra helpful. They provided us with directions, maps and insider tips on the best places to eat, shop & play. We also got into an awesome tango show! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to my friends...
