Overall Rooms Service Value Cleanliness Dining Stayed On: 2/2008	The Capitola Hotel was very nice, the website really does not do it justice. Our room was small but nicely decorated and very clean. We were in The Aruba, which has a nice big window that looks out over Esplanade Avenue. The only drawback to this, is that it can be a little noisy until the bars close.
