We stayed at The Billington this July for only three days and I wish it had been longer. The hospitality shown by Peter and Noreen was outstanding. They could not have done any more for us. Peter had us all organised, cool bag, seats etc. for our trips ! The accomodation and breakfasts are superb. Peter involved my son (15) in all sorts of activites, tennis etc. - he had a great time! We popped in to see them on our way back to Boston and it was like visiting old friends. Thank you for our wounderful stay, I hope we will be back again. You would be mad not to chose this accommodation !!

We were so pleased with our mini vacation and our stay at the Billington. The location is superb...close to all the major sites and an easy train ride to downtown Boston. The accomodations were wonderful - from the lovely room and comfy bed to the pre-breakfast tray left at the door. And speaking of breakfast - !!!!! Peter is the name he uses, but I am positive it is Emeril serving the gourmet breakfast made to order. What a treat. And don't forget the goody cooler sent with you each day so you don't get hungry or thirsty while sightseeing. Honestly, we did so enjoy ourselves and would HIGHLY recommend this B&B to anyone considering a trip to Boston.

We travelled in the Northeast of the US for 3 weeks last summer and our best memory by far will remain our 5 night stay at the Billington B&B. Peter and Noreen welcomed us like friends and what we experienced there was way better than what we expected. The pictures of the B&B are clearly an understatement of the reality. The Billington B&B’s two bedrooms are incredibly comfortable and spacious. We simply had the best restful nights’sleep on our trip there. The setting is also incredible. We enjoyed the pool and the patios in the evening. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. The garden is also a work of art and our best memories are the wonderful chats we had there with our friendly hosts. Plymouth is ideally located to take a day trip (by boat) to Cape Cod and do some sightseeing in Boston. We spent 2 days visiting there and were delighted to drive back to the B&B to get a rest. We drove to Boston and easily parked in one the downtown parking lots. We also spent one day visiting the nearby Plymouth Plantation which is a living reconstitution of the first pilgrims’ living conditions and the May Flower replica not to mention a treat to a lobster and fries meal (which you definitely can’t afford in France…) in one the habour’s restaurants. Peter serves a delicious homemade breakfast, a privileged moment for his guests. His dedication and sense of service is genuine. The Billington B&B is very good value for money. We highly recommend it.

Thank you for writing such a beautiful review of your stay with us, and where do we begin with the gifts you shared with us. You see your stay in our home was enthusiatic and respectful. You wanted to have something special for breakfast, including using the deck or the sunroom or the dining room; you wanted to use the pool, because it was there and it was beautifl after a long day of siteseeing, you let us help with snacks for your travelling days. You acknowledged the beauty of our home, you embraced us, and you let us try to take care of you. Absolutely, wonderful experience for us, and we were and are impressed with your parenting as well as with your children's respect and love for you. We count your visit among the treasures we have found in our B&B experience, and we look forward to continuing being in touch with you. Thank you again for writing such a breatiful review.

"A "Boston Marathon" Experience" 5/7/2008

In April 2007 our daughter was scheduled to run in the Boston Marathon. We decided to take a "mini-vacation" in the process. The weather (a Nor'easter) was the worst in the marathon history. But the atmosphere at the Billington was warm and cozy. Peter and Noreen went out of their way to make us feel welcome - a cozy fire, historical books, steam shower, fruit at our door in the morning, a breakfast "cooked to order", and (as a bonus) a picnic lunch on Marathon Day. Peter and Noreen even went the "extra mile" by taping the Boston Marathon coverage and later mailing the tape to our daughter. Overall, a wonderful experience! We'd do it again in a heartbeat! Peter and Norene, the proprietors of Billington, provided an absolutely phenomenol stay for my and my husband's honeymoon in July 2007. They were extremely warm and so detail oriented. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and went above and beyond to provide a wonderful week for us. They run an A+++++++ inn that we will be sure to visit again in the future. We can't say enough positive remarks about them or their beautiful inn. Amy & Bob Reynolds

Recently visited the Billington while on a reunion back to New England. I ached for old world charm but my husband wanted quiet so we compromised. Other relatives stayed closer to town in an "older character" place and I was silently fuming that our choice was a newer home B&B in the country. Well, the end result was one of our best experiences ever! We have travelled the world staying in B&Bs and the hospitality, accommandations and food could not have been better! Noreen and Peter love what they do and it shows. Explore the history of Plymouth but come home to the most extraordinary contemporary twist on a B&B at the Billington. Only wish we were closer to visit again!
