Geoffrey Bed and Breakfast
Our Bed & Breakfast is a friendly and relaxed Victorian period family home, situated in the historical Brockley Conservation Area, near a local park with stunning views over both London Docklands and into the Kent countryside. Greenwich with is many attractions, London's West End and the City are all within easy reach.
We are an easy-going and welcoming English / German family and have lived here for 10 years now. Whatever brings you to London, we invite you to feel at home with us and look forward to meeting you.
The house has many period features (including an ornate original fireplace in the guest room) and an enchanted and peaceful garden which you are welcome to use. The garden became well known in the sixties when it won several competitions. We are told that even the late Queen Mother came on a couple of occasions for afternoon tea and to see the garden. 4 minute walk to the local train station with straightforward links to both West End (approx 25 minutes) and the City (approx 15 minutes). Easy on-street parking directly outside the house. Local supermarket, newsagent, cash point, laundrette, restaurants, pub and take away within 3 minutes walk. Three Diamond Rating awarded by the English Tourism Council. “A very comfortable Bed and Breakfast, run by a very welcoming and hospitable proprietor … attentive, pleasant and efficient” (the Tourism Council Assessor).
