My partner and I stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed staying here. Warm welcome, inviting tour of the guesthouse (including the roof top deck with 360 views and first floor deck with hot tub), nourishing breakfast at large kitchen table where you can chat with other guests, comfortable rooms, and great location! The guys who run this place set the tone of this warm, relaxed, fun, classy guesthouse! Hope you enjoy your stay!

I stayed with my girlfriend at the Beacon Light House last Memorial Weekend 2008 and we had the best time of our lives again... We also stayed there the same weekend 2007 and we are planning to make it our yearly trip. Keith and Mark make it so easy to want to come back and stay at their guesthouse. Besides them being absolutely fabulous they have the most darling house boys every year and they keep their home SUPER CLEAN. They also have the best rooftop deck in Provincetown. The guys also have a very nice happy hour each year which allows the guest at the guesthouse to mingle. In that hour we get to chat with Keith and Mark and get to know them a little better. The happy hour is really awesome. I loved both of my stays at the Beacon Light House. Each year it just gets better and better and I truly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean and friendly environment to stay while they are vacationing. A very happy and satisfied vacationer

Ptown is my favorite destination and the Beaconlight has served as my home away from home for well over 5 years now. The suites offer all the comforts of home. The furnishings are in keeping with this beautiful home’s historic background. The many decks offer a variety of comfortable nooks to curl up and read a book sheltered from the summer sun or full on sun worshiping. The rooftop perch offers a 360 degree view of the town and all it’s surroundings, perfect for watching weather roll into and out of town or taking in the breathtaking sunsets. The hosts are warm and inviting and make us feel at home, always willing to share the perspective of a year-“rounder” in recommending some of the lesser know treats Ptown has to offer. Mark’s gardening is impeccable and Keith’s homemade tasty morning treats are to die for… only the freshest ingredients are allowed in this chef’s kitchen. Give the Beaconlight a try on your next trip to town and I’ll bet you make it an annual pilgrimage as I have done. And if you are planning a trip off-season there is no better place to stay. They are open year-round and offer deep discounts if you are looking for a fall or winter hideaway.

Rooms and common spaces are beautifully appointed. Conveniently located just off Commercial Street, Provincetown's "main drag", it's in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and all Provincetown has to offer.

Firstly, and most importantly, the location can't be beat. My partner and I had stayed at a guest house on the East end near the gallery area, and in a condo on Bradford Ext. on the West end the two previous visits. We were tired of being out of the loop and tired of pedaling. The Beaconlight is within walking distance of nearly everything: bars, restaurants, shops, gym...did I say bars? The rooms were great. The bed was firm. And it was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Keith and Mark were a great resource for places to eat and where to go. They were helpful when needed, but unobtrusive. The breakfasts were a highlight of the stay. Keith's home-made bake good were beyond good. And the breakfast offered so many choices, lots of fresh fruit. The common areas were inviting and a nice place to have a glass of wine, conversation or read the paper. Many of the other guest who were there during our trip were Beaconlight regulars. Some have been coming there annually for more than five years. We have been won over. We will be back next year.

My partner and I have stayed at The Beacon Light every August since Keith and Mark took over as owners. In our opinion, there is no finer place to stay. We've been coming to Provincetown for about fifteen years and have tried several B&Bs. At the Beacon Light, you are made to feel welcome from the moment you pull your car into the lot. It truly becomes your home away from home with every amenity you can hope for. If you need tickets or reservations, just ask and it will get done. There is no pressure of any kind. If you enjoy sitting in the main room talking with other guests you can. If you just want to be alone and do the town, that's OK also. We highly recommend staying at The Beacon Light. John & Rodger

Guests, Travis and I have spent numerous enjoyable stays at the Beaconlight Guesthouse in Provincetown, Massachusetts. The guesthouse is wonderful: it is a historic Cape Cod structure that is decorated in antiques, oriental rugs and fine paintings and prints--offering an "old world" elegance. The guesthouse possesses a victorian charm that provides a very upscale yet comfortable escape from the everyday. The owners Keith and Mark provide a perfectly managed experience. They provide a fabulous expanded continental breakfast with homemade pasteries, fruits, cereals, and gourmet coffee choices. They keep the guesthouse spotless and secure. A staff of houseboys are attentive, available to make your stay comfortable, and are the best looking boys on Cape Cod. The guests are diverse: gay and straight, male and female, families, couples and singles. We have met many accomplished professionals, artists, and writers--we always meet interesting and informative people with whom we interact at breakfast or in the evenings gathered around the baby grand piano: each saturday night they provide a open bar and piano concert by a well known musician--David Wright. The Beaconlight has become a tradition for us. We have celebrated two anniversaries at the Beaconlight and plan to continue the tradition. Travis and Ken

I have stayed at the Beaconlight Guest house many time and have always felt right at home. The rooms are bright and clean and the staff is right there to assist you with whatever you may need to make your stay more enjoyable. The breakfast they serve in the morning reminds me of home when I was a little boy when my mother used to bake homemade muffins. You do not get that kind of feeling in any other guesthouse in Ptown. The private hot tub located behind the guesthouse is always nice to slip into after visiting all the shops and restaraunts Ptown has to offer. I will definately be back. One of the best places to stay when you visit Provincetown, MA. Frank Mahoney Fall River, MA

The staff was condescending and unfriendly and we were most certainly not made to feel welcome. A manic staff member washed dishes in a tense silence while guests ate breakfast in the kitchen without ever wishing people a good morning. I complained about the television in the bedroom that made a whining sound when it was switched on, probably because it was very old and the tube was about to give out. The innkeeper told me he could not hear any noise even though it was very loud but said he believed me and would have somebody look at it. Nothing was done and nobody mentioned it again. Very disappointing.

The Beaconlight Guest House in Provincetown, MA. is a superior guest house/B&B. The owners Keith and Mark take exceptional care of the home and grounds as well as providing their guests with an exceptional breakfast. The kitchen allows for morning gatherings where guests can openly talk about their night out, daily adventures or their finds in the many shops in town. The rooms are beautiful, well lit with natural light. The roof boosts the highest desk in P-town and the views are amazing. I have stayed here a number of times over the years and always feel like I am coming home. Seriously this is the best.
