Sunrise Landing Bed and Breakfast

Sunrise Landing B & B is a contemporary, lakeside B & B with three very private suites. Each includes a queen size bed, private bath, sitting room with TV/VCR, refrigerator (with complementary non-alcoholic beverages), robes and more. A microwave is available for guest use(or in suite). The Sunflower apartment-suite features a kitchen, cast iron electric fireplace, private entrance, private patio, and a window wall offering a magnificent view of beautiful Seneca Lake. The property includes a 200 foot lake front and dock with a paddle boat, row boat, and canoe for guest use. A full breakfast is served in our elegant dining room or when weather permits, choose to have it out on the deck. Other features include spacious common areas with large windows, a piano in the dining room, a living room fireplace, and deck overlooking the lake.

Thank you very much for taking the time to post about your experience at Sunrise Landing. We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us! This review reminded us that we may have "dropped the ball" on completing an important step in our efforts to make our B&B as "green" as we can. Although more than half of the light bulbs in our B&B are energy saving fluorescent, most are not the spiral type that people are used to seeing, but rather look very much like any other light bulb. The ones which have not been converted are mostly the ones with dimmers, as we had not been able to find that type in retail stores. However, with this helpful reminder I did a search online and I believe I have found energy saving light bulbs that can be used with dimmers. I also am looking for CFLs that can be used outside (and can withstand extreme temperatures). Much gratitude to the guest who wrote this review for getting me back on track. We welcome everyone to come visit and try out our new eco-friendly light bulbs, along with great food, friendly hospitality and some fun on the lake!

Sunrise Landing property includes 200 feet of waterfront, and a canoe, paddle boat, and a row boat for guests to use. Sunrise Landing is a wonderful place to view the beauty of nature.
Sunrise Landing is only 12 minutes from exciting Watkins Glen, with its beautiful harbor. The Malabar VII sails daily, as well as the Lea Sea Anne, and Captain Bill's Dinner Cruise Ship, "The Lagacy".
