B&B 'Achter Sint Joris' (Behind St. George) is located in a 400 years old house in the small, historical city of Heusden (Noord Brabant), along the river Maas.
Heusden is 100km south of Amsterdam, 1 hour by car.

3 Lovely guestrooms, gardenroom (piano, television, internetconnection,) and garden. A luxury bathroom and a great breakfast in the morning.
Beautiful scenary for walking and biking (bikes for rent).
Plenty of history to visit in the neighbourhood. Besides all of that: It is just 20 minutes away from the famous Attraction Park 'De Efteling'(THEA-award 2005).

Although a little far from Breda where I had a conference, it allowed me to "disconnect" from busy town life. The room was compact but clean. Good breakfast.

Had a lovely, lovely stay at Achter Sint Joris. One of the best B&B breakfasts we have had anywhere!! Our hostess, Ina Vos, was very helpful. I would highly recommend this B&B!

Singleroom, but an extra bed (€10) can be placed. Coffee and tea facilities available. Desk and 2 chairs. €40/room/night Doubleroom upstairs with an extra long bed. Big room with possibility for 3rd bed or babybed. Coffee and tea facilities available. €60/room/night
Twinroom This room is downstairs and next to the gardenroom. With and second room behind this big one. Coffee and tea facilities available. €60/room/night Gardenroom The gardenroom is the room where my guests can sit and relax. Books and information about the interesting places around. Television, microwave and piano.
Garden The old walls around make the garden cosy and comfortable to sit in and to enjoy the sun. You will find a lot of old climbing roses and clematis, herbs and a wild lemontree.
