The River House is a modern Inn overlooking the Ohio River, just fifteen miles east of Owensboro in Lewisport, Kentucky. Very comfortable, clean, restful. We were there in winter in a rainstorm, sisn't even see all the summer flowers and still loved it. Not a lot of clutter everywhere-very open spaces. VERY much enjoyed breakfast with owner, Bernard Cox.

The bathroom features a large whirlpool tub, encased in ceramic tile and mirrors for a romantic setting.You can enjoy the entertainment center that includes a 32" stereo TV, DVD player, Dish Network Satellite with all the premium channels, stereo radio with CD player, and high-speed internet.
