We had our wedding at Perry's Passin' Thru in August 2009 and we were happy of our choice. Everyone that attended the wedding said "What a beautiful view!" and "How did you find this place?" Jacci was more than helpful. I recommend this place for your small wedding or your overnight stay.

Jacci,s home is a home way from home with a few exceptions. nested back on a dead end paved road, sunrises over Beaver lake with tall rock bluffs, rolling green hills ,wild life, and the rest is up to you to see for yourself.will be back next year.

My wife and I have stayed with Jacci several times in the past, and as usual, our stay this time was special. We love the house, the view, and the company, and it is very convenient to what we like to do -- travel with our horses. Jacci rode with us this weekend and we had a great time. We will always check with her first when we are travelling that way. Mack M. Braly

What a fantastic hideaway to be able to wind down from our busy lives. The sunrise over the bluffs each morning, creating a wonderfull way to meet the new day. The area has so much to do, Walton Art Center for Broadway type of events, incredible restaurants close by on Dickson Street and a fun atmostphere with the many establishments that cater to serving liquor and providing its clients with a great time. BTW, our dog loves the way he could run around all day without havig to be tied in a kennel.

This B&B not only accomodates humans, but also supports our horse companions in style! Beautiful stalls and pasture to enjoy the scenic part of Arkansas on horseback. Owner is very knowledgable of the trails nearby, and she may even accompany you as the ultimate "trail boss." I have spent a couple of weekends at this B&B and have never been disappointed. From the photos you can get an idea of the spaciousness of rooms. The view of Beaver Lake bluffs during sunset should not be missed. Pull up a chair, glass of Chardonnay in hand, and simply enjoy the sights. The price is right if you are traveling on a budget, and who isn't these days??

I have stayed there a couple of times- it is remote and by the lake with deer, geese and horses, but still accessible to the towns of Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville. Very nice western motif and comfortable. I would stay there again for sure.

I've been traveling on business for many years and have tired of hotels. I tried Perry's Passin' Thru and am hooked. Every time I'm in the area, I will stay here. It's quiet, scenic and very comfortable.

Never having stayed at a B&B before, this was a refreshing, relaxing surprise. Jacci, our innkeeper, made us feel right at home. A cup of coffee and the sunrise washed the stress of work away like the mist from the lake in the morning. We're already planning another trip.

The views are wonderful, and we loved that our do was as welcome as we were. The location was great for a little getaway. On the downside, the guestroom bed was VERY firm, and the whole place needed a really good dusting. Also, the "selection of coffee, teas, muffins, and fruit" consisted of bananas, coffee, and mini muffins from Wal-Mart. And there was no cream or sugar for the coffee.

Innkeeper Response
Thank you for your feedback. We leave our doors and windows open during the comfortable times of the seasons, unfortunately this can result in some dust around the house. Cleaning is done on a weekly basis, however, being the property is part of a working ranch, dust and pollen enter sometimes on a daily basis. I am sorry that you were unable to locate the sugar and cream for your coffee! The sugar is kept in the lower drawer in the refrigerator and if liquid creamer is not available, there is powder creamer in the cabinet where the coffee is stored. Also should any guests ever have any questions or needs, I am always just a phone call away.

A country setting. You can watch the sun rise over the Bluffs across Beaver Lake and watch the sun set against the bluffs all while sitting on the back porch. Out in the country and the owner is a very gracious person. Anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing getaway will enjoy this getaway.
