Guesthouse located at a modernist finca reggia near to the popular Passeig de Gracia, at the heart of Eixample, 7 minutes walking from Rambla Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia, where you have all the main modernist buildings of Barcelona such as Pedrera or Casa Batlló from architect Gaudí. Within a walking distance to Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas. The interior is recently restaured. The appartment is shared with access to a new bathroom, two new toilettes, living room, balcony and telephone line.

The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was spotless, and the personnel was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Everything was really nice and clean!
