First visit to a B&B -- have stayed in townhouses on beaches or hotels elsewhere before. Boy, we sure did not know what we were missing out on. Like home away from home. Lana, our hostess, was great. Any time we are remotely close to Atlanta area will definitely stay here again.

This charming B&B thoughtfully provides all the comforts of home. tastefully decorated with unfussy but charming details, the environment was welcoming and casual. In-room full breakfasts were a delight. The City Suite features a full kitchen and complimentary snacks and beverages.

We chose this B and B because it was close to our daughter who was moving. Not only was this place convenient it was WONDERFUL. After a hard day of work it was such a pleasure to come back to such a beautiful, comfortable, well equipped room to relax and recover. The Innkeeper, Lana was so kind and accommodating and let us include our daughter in our delicious morning breakfasts on the porch. I look forward to returning for another relaxing stay.

We stayed in the Executive Suite and loved it. It was spacious, quiet and beautifully decorated. There is a cd collection(more cds than I even own) and movies in room. Breakfast was awesome. I would have never thought to make an omlette out of spinach and feta cheese. Every morning when Rosa brings your fruit, coffee/tea or juice, she asks what you would like for breakfast. My husband and I miss her smiling face (and tray of breakfast). I found the whole stay very enjoyable. We are looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and I stayed here for a romantic weekend and it was everything we wanted and more!! The breakfast was great and the room was spotless! The innkeeper had jazz music playing and wine cooling in the frig when we arrived. This is a place we will be going back too!!

My husband and I recently stayed three nights at the Ponce de Leon Inn for an event at the Fox Theater. Our room was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the bottle of wine and snacks we received when we got there. However, we were disappointed that the innkeeper didn't live on the property and was available for advice only at breakfast or through a phone call. We make it a policy to stay at Inns where the actual owners live--it makes a difference in how you are treated-although many innkeepers communicate through hired help. All the rooms have separate entrances and there is no common area. That's great for privacy. We were downstairs in the back of the inn, and everytime we walked to our car, we could smell the sewage. Pretty nasty. Also, be sure to have your cell phone with you and charged up. There was no phone in our room. The first night we were there, we were the only guests in the inn so it was a little creepy being alone there.

Nice, relaxing place, especially for being so close to a larger city. Found nice restaurants nearby, and the room was away from traffic so it was easy to get a good night's sleep. I'd go back any time my travels take me to Atlanta.

The Executive Suite was comfortable, clean and has a wonderful screened in porch with a fantastic of a wooded oasis that would make you think you are not in the heart of a major metropolitan area. I enjoyed breakfast on the porch each day of my stay. The owner focuses on putting herself in the customer's shoes; making your stay memorable and warm. I would recommend Ponce de Leon Place and would definitely make a repeat visit.
