I stayed here for a conference in Brussels, and wish I could have spent more time at the B&B. The hosts were more than accommodating - they had breakfast ready at the time we requested, they arranged taxis for us, make homemade chocolate and bread....it was wonderful! I have a food allergy and they went to the store to buy food especially for me! The bathrooms are huge, the beds are SO comfortable, and the rooms are tastefully decorated. Wi-fi, too! There is a coutyard outside where they eat when it's warm, so the only bad thing is that we weren't there during warm weather.

Stayed here recently and was impressed with how clean and big the rooms were for such a centrally located and convenient place. We were a couple of blocks from the Botanical Gardens and the subway/train, there were places to grab a bite or pick up something right out the door and it was a nice 10-15 minute walk to the Grand Plaza. The innkeepers were very helpful and nice an while the breakfast was too European for my tastes (give me eggs), the home made chocolate spread (think "Nutella" but way better) was awesome!

5 of us stayed at the Brussels Guesthouse on a recent business trip to Belgium. The rooms were perfectly setup so that after a long day of business we could relax and enjoy a cup of tea or continue working at the in room desk. The hosts were more than accomodating and helped us work with a local printer when we realized some of our materials hadn't arrived. I can not say enough good things about this property and I would recommend to both the business and leisure traveller alike.

Alain and Aline are friendly and helpful hosts, happy to help you enjoy your visit to Brussels. Tasty breakfast of yogurt, delicious jams and chocolate spread, fresh-baked breads and pastries. Guest rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious -- my bathroom alone was about twice the size of my entire room and bath of the last B&B I stayed in while in London. The rates are very reasonable for the quality of the experience, so I didn't mind a bit that Alain encourages conservation of heat and light. Lighting in my room was perfect for reading, relaxing, and working, and the free wi-fi worked perfectly. Convenient location, with excellent restaurants just steps away.

I recently stayed in this B&B and these are my comments: It is a beautiful house and the parking is a definitely an advantage. The bedroom was huge and tastefully decorated. The house is exceptionally clean. Breakfast room is beautiful and the buffet has everything you need. Aline's chocolate spread and home made jams are excellent. What I did not like: Alain is very particular about certain things and when you arrive it gives you the feeling that you can't do much Don't leave the lights on Don't turn the heating on more than on setting No 3 Don't eat in the room You have to say at what time you are planning to come down for breakfast. When I am on holiday I don't really want to have to get up at a particular time. I did not get the chance to see any more than my room and the breakfast room. I did ask to see the garden but that request fell on deaf ears.... I enjoyed my stay because the bedroom and bathroom are very big and it was convenient and easy to get to the Grande Place but if you don't like the proprietors sitting with you at breakfast it might put you off.

Tucked away behind a typical Brussels house front is a lovely renovated house with an amazing (weather permitting) courtyard come breakfast area. Very nice. Accommodation had everything you could need. I had the basement suite. Completely self contained. Home from home.

This B&B, convenient to the metro, near downtown, and with a parking spot available if requested, met my needs very well. The room was large and very nice, with private entry. Owners were hospitable and helpful with directions, city sites, and discussion of Euro 2008.
