This was the best place we have stayed. We enjoyed the cozy, comfortable vacation spot for our weekend get-away. Close attention given to the fine details of home cooked meals, and the period-decor of the suite, and the home. Eric & Caprissa gave excellent references for sightseeing and made reservations at nearby restaurants. Look forward to a return visit soon! very nice place to stay. Owners knowledge of history of their house and town of estes was very interesting. Great breakfasts! House is very nice and owners are pleasant. Felt like we were staying at a friend's home.

Thanks to Eric and Caprissa for their wonderful hospitality!!! They helped us pick out a great day hike. Eric picked us up at the Twin Owls Trail Head and drove us back to the B&B after a 16 mile hike and then drove us back to where we parked the car in the National Park. We will be back!!!! Very familiar led hotel with great hosts + Maggie, the dog, where one felt always at home. The room was very clean and cosy, the shower is excellent. The breakfast was phänomenal, because it was prepared with much love by Caprissa and Eric. The location is ideal, very calmly and nevertheless everything can be attained (Rocky Mountains NP). An unforgettable stay, which we will keep still for a long time in memory. We hope to come back some day again.

This historic mountain B&B is oozing with Victorian charm, but what really made our stay so wonderful was the attentiveness of our hosts. Eric and Caprissa have mastered the art of running a bed and breakfast. They instinctively know when to be there and when to not be there. And even after running this B&B for many years, they still take a genuine interest in their guests. We couldn't have been happier with our experience.
