From the moment we saw Attwater Villa we were impressed. Warm, inviting and help with the luggage! Our rooms were charming, clean and the bed was so comfortable. So many choices in the continental breakfast. The dining room was cheery and inviting. Price was reasonable. We definitely recommend the Attwater Villa to fellow travelers.

I have stayed at this B&B for the past 6 years and will again this year. It's just like being home. Sadie and Roland are the best at what they do from the great breakfast to the cleaniness and comfy cosey feeling you get just walking through the hall before you enter the spaciuos beautiful suites. I've stay in almost all of them and they all give you a feeling like your home. This Inn is so close to the eatery's, shops, strip malls and beaches. The deck in back is a great place to relax before or after your day of touring. I have stayed at other B&B's in Newport but once I stayed here, I knew this was the best and never went anywhere else. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay as much as I did. Sandie Boston
