Nestled among towering bluffs and meandering streams, The Inn at Evins Mill offers resort amenities in a bed & breakfast setting. Formerly the home of U.S. Congressman Joe L. Evins, today Evins Mill is a full-service country inn, hosting weekend getaways, weddings, and meetings since 1994.

Our Main Lodge features poplar floors, fieldstone fireplaces and hand hewn log walls. It is home two spacious covered decks with great views and to many cozy gathering areas. Well-appointed bluff view rooms offer specious covered decks with spectacular views. The historic Gristmill houses an expansive game hall with billards, ping pong, dart boards and a comfortable living room area.

Our chefs prepare scrumptuous cuisine from breakfast through dinner, and our property boasts cascading waterfalls, hiking trails, swimming holes, an historic gristmill, and fishing ponds. Nearby is RiverWatch Golf Course, Center Hill Lake, the Appalachian Center for Crafts and Stella Luna Art Gallery.

We visited here about three months ago and are going back this weekend. The dinner was delicious, the main lodge is cozy and welcoming, the rooms are nice, clean, and the grist mill and waterfall are really cool. Worth the money and the drive.... read more

Guests enter the Main Lodge at Adele Commons, one of two cozy living room that features a bar, fieldstone fireplace and a comfortable sitting area.The Stone Room is named for its fieldstone fireplace and walls and offers a cozy yet festive gathering place with dart boards, games and satellite TV.
Buffet breakfasts and receptions are served in Evelyn Commons at the Main Lodge.Taylor Hall at the Main Lodge is a 1,200 square foot reception room that can accommodate as many as 80 guests for meals and as many as 100 conferees for meetings.
Featuring hand-hewn log walls, and an enormous fieldstone fireplace, our dining room on Millstone Landing is a romantic and cozy setting for our four-course gourmet dinners. Mountain Laurel Rooms offer bluff views, spacious covered decks with rocking chairs, vaulted cathedral ceilings, easy access and a mini-refrigerator.

Just minutes from the Main Lodge and located on the Evins Mill property, 90 ft Carmac Falls is Tennessee's tenth highest recorded falls and one of its most breathtaking. Several trails lead to overlooks and its base, where guests can swim beneath its cascades.Fall Creek flows between towering ridges to Carmac Falls.
The bridge over the Evins Mill pond and dam connects the Main Lodge on the bluff above to Courtland Game Hall in the Gristmill on the other side below.Hiking trails lead along wooded bluff to overlooks and the base of Carmac Falls.
