Beautiful setting and wonderful hosts! My first time in a B&B was an amazing experience. Everything was perfect, but the jacuzzi was the cherry on top! I would love to go back.

Oak Cottage was the perfect retreat outside Yosemite. Our room was clean, comfy and had a fantastic view from our window and patio area. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and accessible. Had a magnificent 2 days visiting Yosemite and returning to Oak Cottage at night. The room was great with many ammenities; dessert at night; pleasant company and fabulous breakfasts. Well worth the trip.

Myself and a friend stayed at oak cottage for a week. After travelling from the wirral, England, we were intrigued by the fact that it was advertised for its English hospitality. We were made to feel very welcome, very comfortable and had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful room, amazing view, great price. But what makes the Oak cottage one in a million is Carol, our host. She made us a wonderful breakfast, even accomodated my husband's dietary restrictions. she sat and chatted with us and made us feel like old friends. Not only do we highly recommend Oak Cottage, but we are going back to stay their again ourselves. A+

As a pre-anniversary celebration, my hubby decided he wanted to share the beauty of Yosemite with me before I started my new job. Thankfully, I found this B&B listed in the Google search engine & on this site. It is conveniently located right off the 41 before you get to the south entrance of Yosemite. The photos on the website do this place no justice! Upon getting here, you are awestruck by the beautiful views, the charming, inviting English garden/landscape, & Carol's sincere & warm greetings (she is from Liverpool, England). We stayed in the Rose Room & it is decorated very lovingly. The bathroom has a claw foot tub with a great pedestal sink & complete with amenities not found in your standard hotel room. The bed is king sized & sooo comfortable supplied with a generous amount of fluffy pillows. The breakfasts were to die for! We loved how beautifully the table was set, the food absolutely outstanding along with dear Carol attentive to our every need. We found we enjoyed her warm company and wonderfully accented voice as well. She also slips in nightly desserts in the mini fridge located in the common room. This dear, thoughtful lady spoiled us to pieces--we definitely want to come back for more! Our friends & family must share in this!
