My partner and I were traveling recently from coast to coast and needed a place to stay in Salt Lake. Our stay at Parrish Place was certainly a treat. We were treated with the utmost respect and care. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and included the extra comfort items that "put the icing on the cake" so to speak. The charm of the building and the warmth of the innkeepers allowed us deep rest in the midst of a chaotic time. We will definitely book again when in Salt Lake!

This was our last stop before motorcycling to Yellowstone, so we had a long & challenging drive ahead of us. Boy, did we get lucky with Parrish Place ~ quiet room, comfortable bed, lovely room, a hot tub and a wonderful breakfast in our room before traveling! Nice part of town w/ parks and fun restaurants. We'd definitely recommend this place!

I wanted to take my husband somewhere special for his birthday and I decided on the Parrish Place B&B would be perfect! The unusual location proves that you can find sanctuary close to home. Jeff and Karin are very warm and hospitable hosts who did everything to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful rooms, great service, much cheaper than other B&Bs in town, very clean and a continental breakfast that way exceeded our expectations the Parrish Place is an outstanding B&B. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend retreat.

We stayed in the Hilltop room for our first two nights of our honeymoon and it was such a romantic and charming place! We loved the little room with the fireplace heater as well as the jetted tub. It was perfect for our first couple nights together as husband and wife and we had planty of privacy. We would love to return for an anniversary someday! -April and John

This was our third time of staying at Parish Place, and we will be coming back again. The couple who run this place are wonderful and very thoughtful. We always feel right at home when we are here. The rooms are wonderful. The hot tub is great. We love the variety for breakfast and also the privacy of eating in our room. Everything is always clean. WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY!!!

My husband and I stayed at Parrish Place for our anniversary and it was wonderful! Jeff greeted us and showed us around and he was very friendly. (Unfortunately we didn't meet Karin, but maybe next time!) The place itself is beautiful, and our room was just perfect. The atmosphere is awesome - it made us feel like we were staying in the home of a friend. The breakfast was great - a light and healthful combination of fruit, muffins, granola and tea or coffee; just the right amount of food. Thanks so much for making our anniversary so perfect. We'll definitely be back!

My room was very nice and the house is lovely but the best thing are the hosts. They were very friendly and helpful. Only down side is the freeway runs behind the house but my room on the front was very quiet.

As my husband travels a lot to Salt Lake city and chose Parish place for his home away from home I was very interested to see for myself and finally joined him for a weekend. I am absolutely under the spell of the place and the charming hosts. Starting from the small details (like delicious breakfasts delivered to your door) to gorgeous interiors it was the most relaxing weekend I have had for a long time. My husband and I were visiting Salt Lake City for the amazing snow... which there was definitely plenty of. What a find this B&B was! We had immediate access to all the ski resorts including Park City (less than 30 minutes away). I don't think there is a better location if you want to enjoy the mountains without leaving the city - honestly! The rooms are beautiful and I did not expect the amount of privacy we would have, and with the side door private entrance (for all rooms) we really felt that we were in a place all to our own. My husband and I stayed here for our wedding night and the next night. It's a lovely little place, the only drawback is its proximity to the freeway. However, it was not an issue in sleeping, and we had our window facing the freeway. The hosts are charming, and it was a wonderful stay.

The owners had all of the deatils covered, from plush robes to a delicious healthy breakfast at your bedroom door in the morning. The hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of skiing. Needless to say, we were sad to leave this charming B&B.

This was my first stay at a B&B; I have always done the regular hotels. The property is centrally located in SLC, just a few minutes from everything. It is literally right next to the highway, but traffic noise isn't an issue. The neighborhood is quiet with mature trees in abundance. The lower floor has a warm and inviting feel to it. The rooms are decorated nicely and are clean; most are quite romantic. If you like that turn of the century feel, then you'll be right at home. I found the squeaky wooden floors to be part of the charm of the place. Breakfast is brought to your room in a large basket at your chosen time. Don't expect bacon and eggs...breakfast will consist of healthy things like granola cereal, fresh fruit, oj, cheese, etc. My body almost didn't know how to react to a breakfast that had less than 10,000 calories in it. Our hosts, Jeff & Karin, were very hospitible and did a great job. Parrish Place provides a great alternative for those who are looking to do something a little different without being overly expensive. I have paid a lot more and gotten a lot less at other places. Quick small details you might find helpful: + The TV has plenty of channels + Bring your cell phone, the rooms don't have phones. + There's a nifty shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the showers of each room. Nice touch. + Sodas and ice are available anytime + Wi-fi is available

We spent a frosty evening in February at the Parish Place. Our host and hostess were gracious, showed us all the rooms (we were the only visitors that night) and the available amenities. All the rooms have Parrish reproduction prints and are appropriately-themed and decorated. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Our only regret is that we had to catch a plane otherwise it would have been our pleasure to stay longer!
