Inn on Mill Creek

The Inn on Mill Creek offers the rare balance of secluded privacy and close proximity to shopping, dining and sightseeing in Black Mountain and Asheville. Located on seven wooded acres inside the Pisgah National Forest, the Inn features seven guest rooms, easy access to hiking/biking trails, paddle boating on our private trout-stocked lake, and lounging on one of three decks. Two rooms are pet friendly. Two rooms have sleeping lofts with extra double beds (great for kids). Full breakfast is accented with fruit from our 170-tree orchard, baked goods and our daily "house blend" of fresh squeezed juice.

Truly a magical get-away. Lush gardens, cascading water and glorious mountain weather. Dave whips up fabulous breakfasts and Brigette is the comsummate hostess. It is the perfect escape for city weary travellers. You can not go wrong here!

Loved this quiet, peaceful retreat! It is convenient to Black Mountain and Asheville, but secluded and private. We really enjoyed the wildlife - birds, butterflies, frogs, bats, etc. The innkeepers, Dave & Brigette, are great people!

A gorgeous two-mile tree-lined drive through rhododendron covered ridges in the Pisgah National Forest brings you to the Inn.The Lake View room has a king bed, private screened porch, and an entire wall of windows for beautiful views.
The North Terrace room has a fireplace, private patio/entrance and large jetted hot tubThe Maple Tree room in the Lake House offers a gas fireplace, 2-person Jacuzzi tub (plus a sleeping loft with an extra double bed).
The Mountain Laurel room in the Lake House has a queen bed, gas fireplace and 2-person Jacuzzi tub (plus a sleeping loft with an extra double bed).The Reflections Room is the center room of the Lake House and has a queen bed, gas fireplace and in-room 2-person Jacuzzi tub.
