We recommend staying at the Berry Patch Inn to all who want a romantic, charming and restful time! Bunny and Charlie, the innkeepers, make you feel like one of the family so much so that you won't want to leave! Bunny's breakfasts are the best we've ever tasted and the "English Meadow" room that we stayed in was so comfy cozy with its beautiful decor including a fireplace, jacuzzi, antiques,etc. Even though we had rain all weekend the grounds are beautiful and we will definitely be going back at Christmas (Bunny promises an exquisitely decorated experience!) and again in the spring. We wanted to get away from the G20 Summit being held in Pittsburgh, so we decided to visit a quiet remote B&B. After reviewing several online ads, we found the berry patch in Lebanon County...Not too far away for a 3 day getaway. From the time we arrived, Bunny and Charles made us feel right at home. Bunny offered information on various events in the area and we ended up spending a day visiting the Hershey Chocolate Factory. It was really amazing. The room was very nice and cozy, the jacuzzi was great and the nibbling on the wine and cheese in front of the fireplace was spectacular. Breakfast in the morning was extremely delicious (and the serving size was more than we had expected). Penny (the dog) made us feel right at home, even checking up on us every so often. We also scheduled a massage and it was one of the best we have ever had. The overall experience was just fantastic. The B&B provided a very quiet and relaxing atmoshere for our time there. We would definitely recommend staying at this B&B and we will definitly be returning for another visit.

My husband and I just spent three wonderful days at the Berry Patch and we loved it! We stayed in the Carriage House and it was CLEAN, spacious and comfortable. Bunny and Chaelie made us feel like we were old friends and did everything to make us feel at home. The critters are great, from Fluffy to Benny. There was even a wandering goat, who was super friendly. The whole family is gracious- in fact, we lost our key and had to awaken Bunny's son. He coudn't have been nicer. Breakfast was super, The main building is beautiful and the collection of hutches is as intereting as the collections they house. There is a beautiful koi/fish pond as well as fruit trees, flower and vegetable patches. We had a great time and the proximity to the casino and race track made for a fun evening. Bunny and charlie are really good people and I look forward to going back. And, I will never look at a strawberry again without thinking of Bunny. Roberta

Just returned from a three day stay at Berry Patch. We found Bunny and Charlie very helpful; letting us keep our bikes in their shed; dragging out the hose when we got caught in a storm and needed to get the mud off our bikes; their suggestions about restaurants and directions to places are excellent. Bunny's breakfasts were hearty and definitely carried us through the morning on our rides. It was nice to be able to sit on the front porch with a cup of tea and relax before going to dinner. Last month my husband and I discovered this jewel of a bed and breakfast! It was our first time at a B&B and I can't imagine that there could be a better one! Bunny and Charlie are the best hosts, always making their guests feel like family. They are very attentive to all of their guests' needs. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated and Bunny has the cutest little odds and ends all through the house. We loved their friendly pets too! We brought our teenagers back this month and they also loved their first b&b experience, taking many photos of the beautiful grounds. We will definitely be back again "berry" soon :)

Bunny makes a wonderful country breakfast; I was missing it the day after we left. The room was very well decorated down to the finest detail. Bunny and Charles are two of the most likable people we have ever met at any lodging facility anywhere, and we spend a lot of nights each years away from home. Bunny is a remarkable character, a country girl at heart whose width and breadth of conversation will amaze you. We stayed two nights in the Carriage House, and it was very quiet and romantic. Walking the grounds before we retired for the night was very relaxing, and we enjoyed seeing all of the sights. We are living in Chesapeake VA, but are originally from towns less than 20 miles from the B&B. We felt completely at home. Bunny's cooking and her excellent coffee was a capstone for the stay. This was our first of many visits the Berry Patch Inn. My husband and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary and even renewed our vows on the premises. This was my first time staying at a B&B. My 13 yr old daughter and I travel a lot for her dance (irish Dance). We always stay in a "regular" hotel. This was a wonderful experience. The rooms are a good size and VERY clean. The B&B is heavily decorated with Bunny and Charlie's favorite finds and family heirlooms. Bunny and Charlie are GREAT. I will say that if you are expecting a soft spoken Hostess (Bunny), or if you shy away from people who are direct and to the point; well Bunny does not beat around the bush. She expects the house rules to be followed, hoestly, who wouldn't. She is direct about things, but she will do just about anything to accommadate her guests. Bunny and Charlie have hearts of gold. We spent our anniversary in May 2009 at the Berry Patch and enjoyed the decorated lodge, surrounding countryside with the trees and sunshine, and friendly owners. Also, Bunny stayed on the phone with us the night we arrived, after visiting Hershey park, to make sure we arrived ok when traveling at night. Me and my wife enjoyed their peaceful, country-style rooms, large relaxing porches, and the two dogs and three cats that greeted us. The main entrance way is amazing with a 25ft high ceiling and life-sized nutcracker statues, and hundreds of intricate detailed strawberry collectibles in glass cases.

It's a great place if you want something a little more remote and peaceful-in other words, there isn't much near this B&B. Our room was very clean if not a bit overdecorated. We loved meeting the animals but we didn't get to see the grounds at their best due to the replanting. Bunnie was very accomodating with preparing specialty foods. Good place to go if you want to relax and unwind.

There was so much to see and do in the area that we are already making plans to come back. We plan on riding our motorcycles since Charlie offered garage space to park our bikes. Lovely country setting. This B&B was built for this purpose, which presents lots of floorplan advantages over an old house converted into a B&B. Generally very charming, though perhaps a bit over-decorated. Personally I found Bunny, the hostess, a bit gruff in her manner, but perhaps her style just takes a little getting used to. I think her heart is good, but we were a little on edge being mindful not to break any of her rules. Breakfast was good, and clearly an effort was made at being creative.

We really enjoyed our stay, and breakfast was probably the best we've ever had at a bed and breakfast (and we've stayed at a few). Some of the decor was a little dated, but I found this pleasant - the room and Bunny both really reminded me of a trip to my grandmother's house (just one with a jacuzzi and fireplace). I usually don't tell people my husband is lactose intolerant when we stay at b&bs since usually one option is milk-free, but I did this time and was glad - there were no menus, breakfast was just served. Since I did, Bunny made him a breakfast just as delicious as everyone else's (but without the cream) - so if you have dietary restrictions, however small, be sure to note them.

Our First B&B and we went for my husbands birthday. we did get the less expensive room, and to our surprise it really didn’t FEEL like we were missing anything, we had a lovely room, very cozy and comfortable. Bunny was a great help to us in finding things to do during the day, we had the chance to go to a flea market and the renaissance fair. we had a blast. Bunny made sure that the birthday boy had a delicious HOME baked cake with balloons and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Breakfast was amazing. EVERYONE was so friendly. My boyfriend and I were attending a friend's wedding in the small town of Lebanon, pa. Being a small town there are a limited amount of hotels. Since I work in a small boutique hotel myself, I was horrified to read the even worst reviews of the Quality INN where the bride had reserved rooms for the guests of the wedding. This is when I began my search. I came across the Berry Patch and the website does not do it justice! As soon as we drove up the front drive way we were in love! Beautiful Cabin like house very warm and welcoming. Decorated like a country home with accents of berries all over. The Inn Keepers went up and beyond to make our stay an excellent one. Breakfast is homemade every day! When our taxi was late Bunny the inn keeper offered to drive us and pick us up from the wedding which was about 20 minutes away. Eventually our taxi came but still we were so touch with the offer I could hardly believe she could be such a generous and nice person! You know find people this genuine very often! The room we stay in was the Briar Rose. It was great! King bed, fridge, hot tub, T.V and DVD. We Had our own entrance to our room as well. The main room had a pool table, foose ball table, slot machines. There were snacks such as packs of crackers and cookies and beverages set out for the guest to enjoy whenever we wanted. The grounds of the B&B are super cute there is a pond landscaped with flowers cute patio furniture. They even had animals a pig, a goat and chicken and roosters!!! It was such a great get away from the fast pace of every day life back home!!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can not wait to go back!!!! We highly recommend!!!

We decided to stay at this B&B for our stay in Lebanon on our anniversary weekend. We were there to attend a Gospel Concert held at the Lebanon Expo Center. It was only 10 miles from the B&B. It was like driving home each evening from the concert, a nice country drive. This was our 1st expericence with a B&B. Thanks to Bunny and Charlie it will not be our last. The stay was wonderful. The food was great as well as the bed. We had 3 great nights of rest. The surroundings were beatiful. the variety of animals were interesting from benny the dog to oreo and snickers the bunnies as well as the many chickens and the goat and pig. 3 Hours from Central NJ we traveled to this exceptional Bnb. Bunny and Charlie greet you. They are the most hosptable fun loving hosts I have ever met. The main room is so amazingly done, the sunroom has a pooltable, foosball, TV, sitting area, and Bunny makes cookies for the guests. The rooms are emaculately clean, we stayed in the Garden Cottage for our 24th anniverary. Very cofortable bed, jacuzzi, and wonderful fresh breakfast with Bunny's signature strawberry bread, fresh fruit, and excellent coffee. Friendly pets, beautiful scenery, and exscellent recommendations for dinner and the memorial park for bike riding. I would return in a second. This was the best Bnb I have ever stayed at. my first time at a b and b. my girlfriend is a seasoned b and b guest. she found the berry patch online while planning us a romantic weekend getaway. our plans included hershey park (so we requested that bunny secure us tickets as her website stated she could get them at a discount), a dinner theatre and a quiet, calm space to rest. my girlfriend also requested wine and roses be in the room (also an amenity choice mentioned on the site.) the space is quiet, clean, the breakfast is good. the hostess seemed somewhat uncomfortable with our relationship. mainly that two women had come to her inn as a couple. there were no roses, no wine, and no park tickets. she did tell us where we could purchase discount tickets (the giant supermarket on rt. 39), but otherwise seemed to be working very hard to put as much distance between herself and us as possible. my partner and i were both uncomfortable at the inn and will not be visiting again.

I received a weekend retreat from my darlin' for Valentines day. We stayed at the Inn while my husband was working at the Hershey wrestling finals and enjoyed it very much. Our daughter loved playing pool and the animals. This was so much better than the motels we have stayed at in the past. We will most likely stay there every year during the finals. Berry Patch was a wonderful find. After much research I found this hidden treasure. I would highly recommend Berry Patch, which I did as soon as I got home, I told everyone about it. P.S. Their pets are so cute and so friendly, another part of making our stay so nice.

This was first time at a B&B. I thought the whole place looked beautiful. Room was very clean. It was a really romantic place. We loved it and plan on spending more than one night next time. Breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful place for a romantic weekend. Much friendlier and comfortable atmospere than a hotel, much more personal, great ammenities, and lots of value for the dollar. The owners are avid military supporters, and offer special rates.

Very quiet, wonderful views, great jacuzzi in the room! Friendly animals (although the cat will meow loudly until you let it into your room, even at 5:00 AM!!!) Besides the cat, we had a wonderful and relaxing time. The breakfasts were unique and delicious, the game room provided plenty of entertainment, perfect for couples looking for a weekend escape! We will return!

What a fantastic place to stay an celebrate your 25th wedding anniversary. The hosts Bunny and Charlie (Bennie, Willie, and the cats) were the nicest and most accomodating folks that anyone can ask for. The room was fantastic and way exceeded my expectations. Our weekend stay was surprise for my wife and the Berry Patch came through for me. They supplied us with everything from the fantastic atmosphere to the roses, wine, chocolates, and breakfast to remember. Anytime someone mentions a BnB, I'll recommend the Berry Patch. A FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY!

I had the pleasure of staying in this delightful B&B recently for a romantic weekend with my girlfriend. The scenery, and its tranquility, were perfect. The Briar Rose room was both romantic and charming. The jacuzzi was fun too. Bunnie and Charles are very nice and accomodating. My only disappoint was actually the breakfast: the fresh fruit and homemade biscuit was quite good, but the omelletes and hash browns were average at best. I guess I was just expecting a more sweet, savory, and "special" breakfast. It wasn't bad, just not my preference. All in all, this B&B is a terrific spot.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Berry Patch. The view of the rolling countryside was peaceful & picturesque, the innkeepers were so accomodating & personable, and the accomodations were comfortable & beautiful. We especially enjoyed all the furry friends roaming about that Bunny & Charlie have rescued along the way and given such a wonderful home to. It speaks volumes about the kind, generous people they are. Berry Patch is truly a haven for us all!

My husband and I went there to celebrate our first anniversary. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Both Charlie and Bunny were wonderful hosts and all of their animals were very friendly. We made friends with many of the guests there. Benny (the dog) entertained all of us. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stumbled on The Berry Patch by chance on an internet search, at the last minute on our 20th anniversary. Having not made any plans (and never having gone on a honeymoon) we made a spur of the moment decision, and left the kids with Grandma and Grandpa, for our first getaway EVER... It was so worth it! Lovely rooms, lovely hosts, wonderful breakfast...So romantic! (down to a crystal bowl of rose petals to throw into the jacuzzi!). What more could we have asked for? We will DEFINATELY be back!

The Berry Patch B&B is a delightful experience. It is a beautiful log home with serene, landscaped grounds that make you want to wander around a bit or sit outside and just enjoy the peace and quiet. The breakfasts are out of this world, and service could not be better. The beds are wonderfully firm. Bunny and Charles make you feel valued and welcome immediately. There are also many interesting places to explore within an easy drive. We will be back soon!

I had occasion to visit Fort Indiantown Gap on military business, and found the Berry Patch to be very conveniently located nearby, offering wireless internet and far superior accommodations vs. local hotels. My extended stay was very comfortable, luxurious and quiet. Bunny and Charlie are great patriots and really made me feel at home. I would highly recommend it to military travelers to Central Pennsylvania, FTIG students, or any government personnel on orders to Ft. Indiantown Gap.

Staying at the Berry Patch was a romantic getaway that we'll never forget. From the time we made our reservation to the time we left, it was absolutly perfect. The place is beautiful and the location couldn't be better. Besides the amazing decorations, the pets and innkeepers give the place an 'at home' feeling. There is no doubt we'll be making another trip back to Berry Patch.
