I come to New Orleans a lot. And stayed in many B&B's. This by far is one of the best!!

This is the place to stay if you love the NOLA scene but want to have a quiet, peaceful B&B to come 'home' to at the end of the day. Innkeeper Karen was really helpful in pointing out a great nearby coffee place and local breakfast joint. She also made me feel like I was an old friend in town for a visit. What a great experience!

Stayed here during Jazz Fest in 2007. Very convienent location, great rooms, plenty to eat for breakfast and the Inn Keeper was as good as they come.

I spent the weekend after Mardi Gras at the Dauphine house. Karen the owner greets you with warmth, care, and open arms. The rooms are very nice, Southern charm, and Karen has pretty much everything you need in there. It's a great price and a great place to stay if you would like a peaceful and enjoyable trip. It's in a wonderful location..2 blocks from Bourben. HIGHLY recommend.

Dauphine House is the ONLY place we will stay in New Orleans. The accomodations are outstanding, Karen is simply the most divine woman ever, within walking distance to several terrific restaurants, easy walking to the French Quarter and the Riverfront Streetcar, the neighborhood is peaceful, rates are excellent...staying at any other B & B would be ridiculous.

I stayed here during my very first visit to New Orleans and LOVED IT! The room was spacious, clean and the overall feel of my stay was that I was at home. I would highly recomment this to anyone! :)
