| Innkeeper Response |
Thank you for your review. For the sake of people reading this post, I wish to explain that this is 2 bedroom/1 bath suite which is sold to one party or family group only. It is sold as a 2b/1b suite and is ideal for a family with children or a couple and a parent. Throughout the rest of the inn each single guest room has a private bath. Again, thank you for your post.

Despite a persistent rain all weekend long, our trip to Amish country and the Barn Inn was fantastic thanks in large part to our gracious and informative hosts Loretta and Paul. We stayed in the Olde World room, which was very quaint and comfortable - being at the end of the hallway also meant having a neighboring room on just one side.
Each morning at breakfast, Loretta shares with the guests her favorite places to go, which include several terrific locations not on the tourist map. Paul and Loretta are a cute couple who enjoy socializing with their guests and have interesting stories to share regarding their connections to the Amish and Mennonite cultures.
I could see that Paul and Loretta are detail oriented as I noticed the umbrellas and flyswatters they left on the common balcony for guests who may need these items. Overall, the grounds of The Barn Inn are also quite nice.
Breakfast each morning was tasty and included items such as quiche, eggs, toast, hash browns, fruit cup, coffee, OJ, and sausage.
We stayed at the Barn Inn with another couple and would highly recommend the Barn Inn for such occasions. View Reviewer Info
