One mile east of Adamstown,"ANTIQUE CAPITAL" Close to attractions in Lancaster and Berks County. 3 guests rooms in the main house and a Private Cozy Cottage all decorated in comfortable antiques. Full breakfast served, Stay in the Cottage and breakfast will be delivered to your door!
All rooms have queen beds and private baths.

After searching the web for a place to celebrate our ten year anniversary, I found Living Spring. What a beautiful, relaxing, comfortable place! I can't say enough! We will be making an annual event of it.

Debra has made my husband a master "eggs in a basket" chef. What a lovely friend and a lovely place to rest your head (and feet...if you like antique shopping) :O)

The rooms are charming with special touches like lots of magazines. The breakfast was delicious!! My sister and I had such a good time visiting the animals and exploring the farm. We will definitely be back!!

As soon as we walked in, we felt like we were home. Debra has a great flair for decorating with beautiful antiques and a personality to match. The breakfasts were wonderful. We will definitely stay again.

What a nice place. Debbie is such a wonderful host. The country decor along with the countryside is exquisite. We felt very comfortable and did not want to leave. We plan on making this an annual event.
