My husband & I stayed two nights in the Queen Anne Suite. Very nice large room with plenty of towels. Did not like the large bottles of liquid bath soap & shampoo/conditioner to be used by current & next quests. The shampoo was also watered down. The location & free parking were excellent. Hosts Graham & Robert very nice. Graham very friendly & we enjoyed morning conversations. Camilla the resident Rottweiler very friendly in the day, protective & slightly mean late at night. Nipped at my husband & I and another guest as we went up the stairs past the owners room. Camilla enjoyed sleeping & playing on the parlor couches. Coffee available at 8:00am?? breakfast served at 9:00am. We were asked to please be prompt so it was easier for Graham to prepare. The breakfast was average at best. My husband loved the sausage which was served both mornings.

In for a weekend "Getaway" the Two o One proved really well done. Graham and Robert are available when needed but will have you feeling as if at home (a really posh one at that). The location is really right down town and convenient by foot to anything worth seeing or doing. Breakfast, my favorite meal, was complete and tasty. Overall a very good experience.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at the inn. We dealt mostly with Graham who could not have been a more gracious host. The room was perfect. The elegant breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. Two minutes after walking out the door we were hugging my daughter at the Naval Academy without the stress of parking on parents week-end. Will be sure to stay here whenever we can for all future visits.

Excellent location; close to everything. Very accommodating and experienced hosts. (Their dogs are large but friendly.) Bountiful breakfasts served on china in the dining room--we enjoyed the 'Tipsy Toast'. We have stayed in the quiet Arundel Room and the beautiful Queen Anne suite.

I stayed in Queen Anne suite and it was just beautiful. The bathroom was huge, clean and elegant, plenty of towels and bath salts for the jacuzzi. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The house is filled with antiques and I enjoyed hanging out in the living room with Camilla (lovely dog!) while Graham and Bob cooked a great breakfast of pancakes, bacon, fruit and incredible coffee. The inn is perfectly located, a block from the Naval Academy, St. John's College and Maryland Avenue shopping. I found my stay to be a true taste of historic Annapolis
