After a stay at the Levy-East house with Innkeepers Judy and Avery East, one feels like they have stepped back in time. The Levy-East house is beautiful inside and out and the attention to detail is fabulous. The East family's treasured family photos and treasures are displayed throughout the house. The table if beautifully set making one feel like royalty. Breakfast was delicious and the French Toast Sundaes were almost too pretty to eat. With many interesting historical sites to visit in the area guests may stay busy away from the house or just sit on one of the verandas and enjoy the beauty of the home. My husband and I both went to college in Natchitoches and years ago we decided to take a little weekend getaway after the holidays to a bed & breakfast in our old stomping grounds. We originally thought that every year we would stay at a different B&B since Natchitoches is so plentiful with them. Well, our first stay was at the Levy East House and we just spent our sixth weekend at the same B&B. We just can't imagine staying anywhere else during our perfect little Natchitoches weekends. Judy and Avery are like family now and their home is just like going home to Grandma's (minus the noise and family drama, HA!). As long as the East's keep their doors open, we will continue to choose their B&B. It can't be beat!

My wife and I went to Natchitoches for some R&R from our two toddlers at the beginning of August. Levy East House was nice, Ms Judy was very sweet and accomodating, and the location is convenient. The room was very comfortable. Somewhat disappointed breakfast was not provided during week, although we were given a 10% disc on Thurs. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this B&B to others.

My husband and I stay in B&Bs whenever possible. The Levy East House will be very, very hard to beat. The home and furnishings were beautiful; but the service, with Judy as hostess, was the best we have ever encountered. Our bedroom was large and spacious, filled with antiques. This beautiful home provided us with the most perfect evening. Work separated me from my husband for about five weeks and when traveling home we decided to stop over for the night in Natchitoches. The Levy East House from the exterior seemed to be my favorite. Upon entering this beautiful home I new it would be perfect. I felt "romance" in the air as soon as we walked through the door. We choose the rose victorian room - really romantic. The soft music and lighting created the perfect ambience. Judy and Avery were very gracious hosts and allowed us all the privacy we wanted. Once again Judy and Avery have exceeded our expectations of what true southern hospitality should be. We returned on July 5th for a one night stay. For those who don't know The Levy-East House has the most elegant accomedations in all of natchitoches. We stayed in the Wendy Lynette room on this trip. Oh my how the photos don't do this room justice. On a romance scale from 1 - 10, My husband and i give it a 12! Judy - Thanks for helping me to make our anniversary something my husband will never forget! He is still thanking me this morning for giving him such an amazing weekend! My husband and i have very little time together with him working 3 hrs from home and only being home 1 day on the weekend. So i summoned him by text message to meet me at this address. He had no idea what was going on and was in awe when he entered this beautiful home. The Home was immaculate and looked like you would have pulled it out of a magazine. The dining room was gorgeous any womens dream come true. It was decorated in period antiques and lots of flowers and romantic lighting. We were brought to our room and when the door was opened my husband almost cried. He said over and over how absolutly gorgeous it was. We had plans to go do things in the city that night but as it would turn out the romance and ambiance kept us in our room locked away from the world just sharing old memories and stories catching up on each other not the kids or work but each other! The beautiful instrumental music piped into the room was a special touch. We are tv people and for 31/2 hrs we Didn't even want to put on tv we wanted just us with beautiful music, relaxing, sharing quality time with each other - Renewing our Love! Thanks Judy and Avery for your wonderful hospitality! We will be back - My husband asked me to renew our vows in a quaint ceremony in july. We will spend it here where we found each other all over again.

I have stayed at the Levy-East House many times and each time I step through the door, I feel that I have quietly slipped into the past. This home is so charming and always fresh and welcoming. The furnishings are absolutely beautiful and there are many lovely antiques, some, I believe, original or authentic to the home.
