Applewood Manor Inn
Located in Asheville's Historic Montfort District, Apple-Wood Manor Inn, also referred to as the "Captain John A. Perry House" completed in 1912, is a colonial revival home designed by the versatile Asheville architect William Henry Lord. The foundation was laid by stonemasons who had previously worked on the Biltmore House and the exterior is executed in the shingle style uncharacteristic of the region. The Inn sits on a 1.5 acres knoll of rolling grass and high trees in a quiet neighborhood.
