Idleyld Lodge Inn

Our historic lodge is nestled in the trees at the edge of the Umpqua National Forest, near the world famous North Umpqua River. The 4 two-bedroom theme decorated suites all have modern ensuite bathrooms. The "Great Room" features a large stone fireplace, crystal chandeliers, plush oriental carpets and antique furnishings. Get cozy in our library with a vintage magazine or classic book. Enjoy your complimentary expanded continental breakfast at our antique oak dining table. Relax by the fireplace, put your feet up, enjoy some popcorn while you watch one of the "classic" movies available in our video library. Go online with FREE WIFI! And don't forget that forest and river we mentioned earlier!

The owner was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hearty and nutritious. Even homemade jelly! We were free to wander the grounds and store our bikes in a large shed.

The Innkeeper Barb was exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful in planning our activities in the area. We loved the history of the Lodge and the comfortable setting.

Barbara and her husband are ideal innkeepers. We absolutely enjoyed our stay from April 3-4, 2008. Their rooms are cozy, their food is excellent, and their prices are outstanding.
