Just returned from our delightful experience at the Webster House and can't wait to review this beautiful, historic Inn. The history of the Inn is a "novel" waiting to be written. The rooms are quaint, cozy, exceptionally clean and comfortable with crackeling fireplaces! The English breakfast that was served was delicious and enough to hold us throughout the entire day. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this experience and will definitely stay again! If you're looking for an exceptional experience, this is the Inn for you.

Not as advertised. Spiders & webs in the room (mgr swept most down when pointed out). No "English breakfast" - granola one morning & oatmeal the next. No innkeeper on site - mgr off site. Had to request that coffee be made so I could turn it on myself in the morning. Unfortunately did not get that B&B warm & fuzzy feeling. I do not recommend.

My new husband and I spent the first night of our honeymoon here. The McCormacks could not have been more welcoming. Breakfast was DELICIOUS and the conversation was just as filling! The room was spotless and cozy. The building itself is a beautiful historic resource, and Susan and Andy have worked hard to restore it and their efforts show. The Webster House is highly recommended by this newlywed couple!

Definitely consider Webster House if you need a place to stay near San Francisco, Oakland or other nearby areas. Located in a quaint residental area, comfy rooms, helpful and friendly owners, and within walking distance to bars and resturants. Breakfast is made to order at your requested time. Will definitely stay there again if we visit the bay area.

My wife and I spent 5 wonderful days as guests of Susan and Andy McCormack. They were very gracious hosts. Although the room was small it served our purpose. We never spent alot of time in the room. We were visiting our daughter and traveled to wine country and also south to Monteray and Carmel. They served breakfast daily which was outstading. We seldom had lunch after eating their breakfast. If you like History there is plenty of it at this house. Susan gave us the background on how they brought back this house from near demolition.
