Finally had the chance to use a 3yo gift certificate rec'd at our wedding. Greta was kind enough to research and honor our GC, AND accommodate us with 1 day notice. We upgraded to a King room, but were a little disappointed that we were not in the main house. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable (lots of blankets for snuggling). The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The evening hors doeuvres were a bit basic, but the wine was tasty. Breakfast scones were good, but would have been outstanding(!) with a little devonshire cream. All in all, a nice escape. Wish we had more time.

I stayed at the Cobblestone B&B for 4 nights, along with family members; we occupied four rooms. To my surprise and delight, my room was actually two rooms with one huge bathroom, plenty of closet space, comforable beds, & cheerie fireplaces (one in each of the two rooms). The staff was VERY professional and helpful (especially Greta and William), but all were very cordial, quiet, effecient, and accommodating. The patio and common room was cozy and comfortable; the food was fantastic and so welcomed. The staff did everything perfectly and with every effort to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I would recommend the Cobblestone without reservation; hands down, the best accommodations I have experienced. Thank you owners and staff.

We've stayed here quite a few times the beds are very comfy, we like the king suite with a sitting area upstairs in the corner across from the office and last room open back window and you see a small view of the ocean. parking is a tight only draw back.

If you are looking for a quiet, romantic get-a-way- then keep looking. The service was great, room was small and cozy, breakfast buffet was good and the people were very friendly, but this was not what we were expecting. Thin walls(snoring and conversations from neighboring rooms were crystal clear), even though it is labeled as a "no children allowed" facility, there were several rooms of familes that yielded a screaming infant from the floor below and several rooms over at 10:30pm and made the breakfast room resemble more of a Denny's than B&B, and the 4 parking spaces in the “courtyard” provided a car alarm going off at 7:25am Saturday morning. While “this bed and breakfast located two blocks from the heart of Carmel” - it is on a traffic heavy main street and traffic noise is abundant- especially the 4 different garbage trucks from 6am-6:45am Monday morning. We also were bothered by inconsiderate people who were also staying here at the same time- the surfers who were staying in the room next to us would get up around 6am, stand out on the walkway in front of their rooms and ours and discuss their plans for the day. There was also the 2 couples who were there for 2 nights who would come back from town about 10pm after drinking and I am sure that everyone staying there knew that they were back. So if you are trying to find a last minute place to stay without breaking the bank, then consider this inn, but if you are looking for the quiet, romantic, honeymoon style get-a-way to the coast-look somewhere else because you will be extremely disappointed if you stay here.

Very clean, excellent location...walk to everything, down comforters, fireplace in room, fresh fruit, homemade scones, muffins, waffles for breakfast and a late afternoon wine and cheese. A delight!

We love the Cobblestone Inn. The rooms are clean and updated. Small rooms and bathrooms, but still perfect for us. Cambria is an enchanting little town. We definitely plan to come back and stay here again!

The room was relatively smaller than what I expected from the pictures.. but its enough for 2 people.. The room was a little noisy for my liking...otherwise great service and great place to stay.. and got it for a good price because of the off season

Due to a last minute change in vacation plans, I booked a room at the Cobblestone Inn without much advance research - did I ever get lucky! I'm so glad our options were limited due to the last minute search for an available B&B. The best word I can find to describe the Cobblestone Inn is "charming". Especially worth mentioning that the bed and bath rooms were spacious and very well appointed. I look forward to staying here again.
